The rooms are new and clean. The property is conveniently located about 5 min drive from downtown La Fortuna. It is recommended to have a car because it’s not walkable to places. We had some issues with the AC, hot water in the showers and the washing machine when we checked in, but Roxana and her management team were very helpful and they did their best job to rectify the problems as soon as possible. Roxana was very responsive and helped us book tours and make dinner reservation. Thank you for making our family stay here a very positive experience!
