Newly furnished 1/1 half-duplex in midtown!

Walking distance to restaurants, breweries and entertainment. Complete with full kitchen. This unit comes with a one car driveway, with off-street parking as well, in a safe area.

The property does have a security recording device facing the front door/ front yard.

As we strive for a peaceful community, remember that this unit is a duplex with a shared wall, so let`s be mindful of quiet hours and noise levels, fostering an atmosphere where each unit can flourish with kindness and consideration. Thank you!
