Step into a light-filled, modern space designed for laid-back living. Sip your morning coffee on the private patio overlooking the fairway, spend your days lounging by the pools and spas, or take a swing on one of the beautifully maintained championship golf courses. Whether you're here for a romantic weekend, a girls' getaway, or a month-long escape from winter, this is the perfect place to unwind in style.

***IMPORTANT NEED TO KNOWS***

-25-year age minimum for booking

-No pets allowed

-No smoking allowed

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through Abnb

-ID required for booking guest

-External contract to be signed

- Additional fees apply for golf, tennis, pickleball, or fitness center access at Palm Valley Country Club

- Utility max of $600 per month - guest is responsible for all overages (only applies to bookings over 30days)

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

-Sofa Bed Sleeps 2

-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number

-Club house, pickleball/tennis, community pool/spa access permitted

We loved this condo! It fit our family of four perfectly. We loved the pool being right across the street. The hosts were incredibly accommodating with daytime guests at the front gate at the country club as well as allowing us to host a small 40th birthday gathering. 10/10 stay! Lastly, we left a few items behind, which we’ve never done, and the hosts are graciously mailing them back to us. Five star service!
