It is the perfect retreat for your extended family (bring grandma- we have a Casitas for her), for two small families, or for your adult friends so you can escape your family. We think it's the perfect spot to catch your breath and slow your fast paced life.
As you enter the home from the private gated entry-way, you are greeted by an open and airy great room, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gorgeous backyard. These glass doors are retractable to open fully and bring the outside in if you so desire. The great room boasts a large comfortable sectional couch that can seat everyone for ease of conversation or for gathering around the 55" flat screen HDTV to watch the game, as well as a gas fireplace and ceiling fan.. A small desk with lamp and electrical outlet offers a workstation for those who just can't leave work behind. The lovely, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, which opens to the great room, features slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range with 5 burner cooktop, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen bar has seating for 3 and the extendable dining table has seating for 10.
Kitchen Amenities include: dinnerware for 12, plastic dinnerware, utensils and cups for children, indoor and outdoor drinking glasses and barware, pots and pans, 12 cup programmable coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, serving platters, cooking utensils
Just off the Great Room you will find the Den, or "Media Room," with a large comfortable sectional couch (which also folds out to a Full size sleeper), 60" flatscreen HD Smart TV, and DVD/Blu-ray player to enjoy your favorite movies, sports games or TV shows.
Down the hall you will find Guest room #1 which includes 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds), small dresser, nightstand and nightlight/lamp, perfect for the kids (or any extra adults who want to relive childhood). We've also stocked the room with some toys, books and games to keep idle hands busy and happy. Between Guest Room #1 and #2, you will find a full bathroom with 2 sinks, full vanity, separate toilet and bathtub shower. Guest Room #2 holds a comfortable brand new Queen size bed with pillowtop mattress, 4 drawer dresser, and ample closet space, with a window overlooking the beautiful backyard.
Moving back across the house, you will pass the half bath by the front door, and laundry room equipped with large capacity washer/dryer, various cleaning supplies, broom/dustpan and mop. Further down the hall you will find the Casitas to your left with a brand new comfortable Queen size bed with pillowtop mattress, ample closet, comfortable chair for reading, its own full bathroom with single sink and vanity, toilet and glass shower. As the name implies, this room is its own "little dwelling" with its own private door for entry and exit through the gated front patio.
Moving across the hall, you will finally come to the Master paradise! Shifting from Mid-century modern decor, we "glammed" this room up a bit, with a super comfortable brand new King size pillowtop bed, mirrored end tables with lamps, large dresser and flat screen HDTV, windows overlooking the gorgeous backyard and firepit area, as well as its own private entry to the backyard. Attached to the master bedroom is the spacious master bathroom with 2 separate "His and Hers" sinks and vanities, large soaker tub, separate large glass shower, discrete toilet, all leading to an enormous walk in closet with built in shelving and plenty of rods from which to hang your clothes.
Just outside the Master bedroom you will find a linen closet fully stocked with luxurious linens for each bed (3 sets for each bed), and fluffy cotton towels for 12 with extra hand towels and washcloths. 3 different sets of 4 pool towels are located in the master bedroom closet as well.
Each room is equipped with a remote controlled ceiling fan with light and all bedrooms have black out shades. The remaining windows are all covered with privacy shades as well. All doors leading to the backyard pool area are equipped with alarms for safety. Brand new, fully functioning Air Conditioner and Heater are available to make your stay comfortable.

After grilling up your favorite fare, enjoy eating it on the patio under the cool breeze of two ceiling fans at the table for 6! There are also 4 comfortable loungers to soak up some sun around the pool on. Ample grass area for the kids to run and play, as well as a comfortable hot tub to soak in.
When you are ready to venture out of the home, we are located at the junction of Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indian Wells and Indio and are walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. 5 minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants and shopping in La Quinta. Highway 111 is 2 blocks south with Costco, Starbucks, Target, multiple grocery stores and all the new shops. For an upscale shopping adventure, head to Palm Desert's El Paseo, the 'Rodeo Drive of the Desert.' This mile-long eclectic mix of shops offers jewelry, apparel, art, home decor and haute couture, and is only 6 miles away! There are more than 24 restaurants, bistros, coffee cafes, and bakeries - many with outdoor terraces which are just right for sipping a latte and savoring the moment. Interstate 10 is 4 miles away, allowing easy access to head into Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.
