Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Villa Les Jasmins - Le Cannet-Vallauris - Modern, ideal for fun and work is situated in Vallauris. The property has pool and garden views, and is 5.8 km from Palais des Festivals de Cannes. There is a year-round outdoor pool and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area or keep themselves warm by the fireplace on colder days. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.

You can play table tennis at the villa. Villa Les Jasmins - Le Cannet-Vallauris - Modern, ideal for fun and work features a barbecue and a garden, which can be enjoyed by guests if the weather permits.

The bedrooms are upstairs and accessible via hard marble stairs. So while we welcome families, the property may not be suitable for small kids that can't swim, securely walk or properly understand and follow instructions.

Villa les Jasmins is closely located to Le Cannet, Cannes, Juan les Pins, and Antibes. Explore local restaurants, bars and shopping or relax on pristine beaches nearby.
The Golfe Juan train station is just 10 minutes away, while Nice airport is a convenient 25-minute journey. Get to villa Les Jasmin taking the A8, exit 44 Vallauris/Antibes coming from Nice or exit 42 to Grasses/Mougin/Le Cannet coming from Mandelieu.

Musee International de la Parfumerie is 17 km from the accommodation, while Parfumerie Fragonard - The History Factory in Grasse is 17 km from the property. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 21 km away.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Les Jasmins. We visited Cannes to celebrate my 40th birthday and this was the perfect place to stay!From the moment we booked, communication with the host, Patrick was great, friendly, prompt responses and really helpful, making everything stress free.The property is beautiful! Clean, well equipped and very well maintained with a stunning garden and pool area. This was a highlight of our stay, we spent many hours lounging in the sun, sipping cocktails, relaxing and enjoying our music which we could play through the villa and garden, thanks to the excellent sonos speaker system.A special mention to Ruby the housekeeper who was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. If we had any questions, we could contact her via WhatsApp and she would always respond straight away.Thank you for making my 40th birthday one to remember, my friends and an I had an amazing time, we really didn't want to leave! Hopefully we can return again in the future.Highly recommend 100%!!!
