If you used any beach items, please shake off any sand and return them to where you found them. Leave outdoor trashcan street side for pickup.
Clean the grill if you used it. A $50 fee will apply if it’s left dirty.
Report any damage or broken items. We know accidents happen — just let us know before we notice, so we can take care of it in time for the next guest.

We believe there’s nothing better than coastal living to bring people closer.
Why they chose this property
Gilchrist is a hidden gem on the Bolivar Peninsula — peaceful, authentic, and full of natural treasures. We chose this spot because it has a calm, uncrowded beach, incredible beach finds, and a slower pace that lets you leave stress behind. Plus, you’re still close enough to Crystal Beach if you want restaurants or nightlife, but you can come home to quiet and starry skies.

Seas the Day was designed with togetherness in mind. The spacious mid-deck encourages outdoor living all day long, from hammocks and lawn games to grilling and sharing a meal with a Gulf breeze.
