The house was clean and conveniently located near the mountain, which we appreciated. However, there were several inaccuracies in the listing that made our stay more challenging than expected.The bedroom setup was misrepresented. The listing stated two king beds and five queens, but there was actually one king, four queens, and one full. The floor layout was also different than described. For a group coordinating sleeping arrangements, this was a significant issue.The “fireplace” listed is actually an outdoor fire pit — there is no working indoor fireplace. The hot tub was unusable due to excessive chlorine and brown suds, and there was not enough cutlery for our group (the home is listed to accommodate 12), so we were constantly washing silverware.The gated community entry system caused long car lines and delays. Additionally, the pet fee structure was confusing and we were initially overcharged, which required follow-up to resolve. While the host did offer a 150 refund, it did not fully reflect the impact of the listing inaccuracies and unusable amenities.We recommend the listing be updated to accurately reflect the layout and amenities so future guests can plan accordingly.
