Gorgeous 1800 sqft 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Condo right on the BEACH! Fully Stocked Kitchen. 2 Masters (1 w/King, 1/w 2 Queens) have luxurious whirlpool baths with Access to the 20' balcony w/ sofa and 2 chairs(not pictured)high top table/4 chairs. Mother in law Suite - 2 Queens with wet bar (Sink, Microwave, Coffee Maker& Fridge), walk in shower 2 recliners (not pictured) and Private balcony with table/4 chairs! Total 5 Beds, no pull out sofa. 1 Smart TV, 3 on Firesticks.
**Extra Decorations are nice BUT...For your comfort...we keep unnecessary table decor and decorative throw pillows on beds to a minimum! You have plenty of room for YOUR stuff! Counter tops/tables are uncluttered! Dressers and Vanities are uncluttered!
BEACH SERVICE FOR 4 INCLUDED! 4 Beach Chairs, and 2 Umbrellas from 8-5 set up for you every day March through October! Just check in with the hut to enjoy your chairs free of charge - a $600/week value!
Enjoy this spacious condominium with its floor to ceiling gulf views from every room or step out onto your 20' private balcony or to the in law suit bedroom's private balcony to watch the dolphins play along 1300 feet of sugar white beach! This condo sleeps 10 people max. We include children of all ages as well. No more than 10 heartbeats total allowed in the unit. This per the fire Department and is strictly enforced.
The In Law Suite is perfect for older parents with a pair of recliners, large TV, mini kitchen with sink, microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge! Private Balcony is a perfect place to relax! Great place for older kids or grandparents to escape to their own space!
This Condominium is upscale living at its best, with a split king-size adjustable bed in the master, two queen-size beds in the second bedroom, two queen size beds in the in law suite bedroom. All bedrooms have premium mattresses. There are large Smart TVs in all bedrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals in the unit, and the dining room has 6 chairs with four additional barstools at the breakfast bar! All bedrooms have a full private bath. The deck has a high top table with 4 chairs, sofa and 2 chairs (Not pictured) for enjoying those sunrise and sunsets from your balcony.
There are games, beach toys and chairs available for your use. Condition depends on prior guests. Please be respectful of these items for future use.
Long Beach is ideally located near all the great restaurants, amusement parks and shopping (Walmart is across the street!). There is a huge lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with islands and waterfalls, two Polynesian pools (both are seasonally heated), whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill (seasonal), onsite jet ski rental, and 24-hour security with gated access and plenty of parking right in front of the condo, no parking garage!.
Please note prior to booking there is a 26-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 26 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay.
No more than 3 vehicles are allowed for this condo. No exceptions. PARKING PASSES ARE FREE and BORROWED they must be returned to the unit upon checkout. $10 fee for each parking pass not returned.
10 wristbands are supplied for guests and left inside the unit. Any that are damaged or missing during inspection guests will be charged $10 each.
No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.
Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 7am.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property. This unit sleeps 10 people max per the fire marshal. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.
This condo is NOT pet friendly per the RESORT, not us.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
Paper towels, toilet tissue, mini soaps, dish and laundry starter packs. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around.

***This is to inform you about upcoming renovation work that will be taking place on our buildings starting about August 2025 with completion expected by April 2026.
Key points to understand:
· The work scope will include:
Repair concrete columns, balcony slabs, and hallway walkways.
Repair to stucco including mortar repair, sealing, and painting.
· Minimal disruption:
Although our contractor is committed to minimizing disruptions to your daily life by adhering to designated work hours, and maintaining clean work areas, our resort will be considered a major construction site.
· Access management:
Access to your condo and the beach will be maintained throughout the project, with clear signage and communication regarding any temporary alterations to entry points.
Access to your balcony will be restricted when work is being performed in that area. (Our Main Balcony has construction complete and is open, small balcony will be closed part of February)
Various selected Pools will be off-limits for some of the construction time.
· Noise considerations:
While we cannot eliminate construction noise, we will take measures to mitigate it as much as possible.
When the contractor is jackhammering on the concrete you should expect it to be very noisy. This will not be continuous, but there will be some jackhammering.***
You will have access to the entire condo with the exception of one closet and 2 maid/utility areas.
There is a stacked washer and dryer for guest use in the unit!
