Delightfully updated, 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Baths, sleeps 6 at Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club. Overlooks the first green of the Birches Course. Magnificent 27 hole golf course. Family pool, and tennis courts. Pickle ball courts. Bocce ball lanes, Fitness Center. Recent upgrades include corian countertops, all new kitchen, including cabinets, range, refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Gas BBQ available. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a loft, which will sleep two. 30 day minimum rental.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

nice furnishings, both bedrooms upstairs, no wireless wifi and no expanded cable (so, only gets about 6 TV channels....missed the Rose Bowl....garage door opener worked sporadically....owner was very accomodating....

Unit does have wireless wi-fi. Upgraded to Charter Silver, 175 + channels including ESPN. HBO, Showtime & Cinemax. Garage door has been fixed.

Wonderful condo!

This is a lovely condo on the golf course. It is comfy, cozy and very clean and well appointed. A friend and I stayed here for two weeks last summer, and both of us said we could live there forever! As to the comments by the other reviewer about the internet, etc. my friend and I were tenacious enough to get the internet working and we enjoyed many TV channels as well as great internet service. It was very easy to work with the owner and I would rent again any time I had the need for a place to stay in Harbor Springs. Do yourself a favor and rent this great getaway!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
