El Sea Watch Condominium es un condomimiun orientado a la familia ubicado directamente en la playa en Ocean City, Maryland. El complejo incluye las siguientes comodidades: piscina cubierta climatizada, piscina al aire libre frente al mar, canchas de tenis, cancha de baloncesto, parque infantil, sala de juegos, sala de ejercicios, sala de billar y sauna para los huéspedes. La Unidad 713 está ubicada en el séptimo piso, a solo unos pasos del elevador. Tanto la sala de estar como el dormitorio principal tienen puertas correderas que se abren al balcón. El balcón da a la playa y tiene una gran vista panorámica de la playa y el horizonte. Está en el lado sur del edificio, por lo que la temperatura del balcón siempre es cómoda. La unidad cuenta con 2 dormitorios y una sala de concepto abierto cuando ingresa al condominio. Cada habitación tiene una cama queen. La guarida está equipada con 2 camas individuales. La unidad puede dormir hasta 6 personas. También hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Hay una sala de lavandería separada para cada unidad con lavadora / secadora estándar y espacio para guardar sillas de playa / sombrillas, etc. La cocina incluye: cocina / horno autolimpiante, lavaplatos, triturador de basura, refrigerador, microondas incorporado, pisos Pergo y encimeras de Corian-2017. El condominio cuenta con 2 baños completos (renovado en 2017) y aire acondicionado central. El edificio está ubicado en una parte central de North Ocean City y está a poca distancia de tiendas y restaurantes.

Perfect for Families

Pictures are accurate online. View is incredible from Balcony and from inside condo. Chuck is very attentive if any issues arise. So many things offered on site for kids, pools, baby splash pool, movies, playground etc. The food and ice cream at "My place" deli is outstanding and so convenient. Prime location walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. The only downside for us was the public access available on either side of Sea Watch and the beach was very crowded during our stay. If would not deter us from staying there again though, we loved it. The landscaping is gorgeous around the condo and you really feel like your in your own little Oasis there. Really lovely. Kitchen was stocked well but could use a proper set of kitchen knives. We had a great time, thanks Chuck for being a great host!

Great Place and Stay

We have stayed at the Sea Watch many times and this was by far the nicest accommodation we had so far. Room was clean and very accurately described in the listing. The host very openly communicates and is very responsive. Would stay here again 100%.

My husband and I and 4 of our daughters, ages 20-24, stayed at the Seawatch 713, 7/27/24-8/3/24, and we all loved the place. The unit looked just like the pictures. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. We loved the view of the ocean from the balcony, having our own washer and dryer to use, 2 full bathrooms, and all the amenities of the place. We enjoyed being steps away from the beach and also having the option of an outdoor and indoor pool if we didn’t feel like going to the beach every day. The grounds were kept very nice and it was great that they had tennis courts with rackets and balls to use, a basketball court, arcade, movie theater, a sandwich/ice cream shop downstairs, and a cute kiddie pool and playground area if you have little kids. The location was perfect. We had many places near us that we could walk to like DQ, Food Lion, CVS, other stores, and food places. And we liked having a parking garage attached to the building that we could park both our cars in. We were very impressed with the place and with Chuck, the owner, and how he reached out to us ahead of time to tell us about the place. He was always easy to get a hold of and quick to respond if we had a question. Overall we loved the unit and the building and would love to stay there again next year!

A Week At The Beach

We had a great time at the Sea Watch. Pictures are accurate. The host was great to communicate with when necessary. Master bathroom had ample storage space and we used the area with twin beds as a play area for my 4.5 year old. Would rent again!

A GREAT WEEK !!!

Everything was great! The unit was exactly s pictured, very clean!! The view was even better than anticipated, being 4 units back on the side. We were very pleased and satisfied!! Chuck even gave some ideas to help entertain 2 teenage grandsons. My only issue would be the parking !! We have handicap license plates and that parking was very limited! We seldom found parking in handicap spots or close to elevator. But this was our ONLY downfall for the week. If we are able we will definitely be back. This was a GREAT week, the condo, the food, the weather, and Chuck, all GREAT !!! Chris M

Wonderful stay

This was our 4th time staying at the Sea Watch. My husband and I along with our 6 year old and 3 year old sons stayed comfortably for our vacation. This unit is welcoming and homey. We enjoyed several meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We found the bed in the master bedroom a little firm for our liking, but that's just personal preference and certainly did not take away from our stay. We made lots of good memories and hope to return in the future!

Nice place on the beach!

This place is right on the beach. It has an outdoor pool. The condo has everything you need. The beds were comfortable and enough space for a family. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic family teip

Our first time in Ocean City and using VRBO and I could not be happier with both. The building this condo is located in is absolutely perfect for families. Awesome beach with lifeguards, great indoor and outdoor pools, games, movies, it's such a fun place. The location was perfect for us too with groceries and liquor store very close by. Check-in was busy but no big deal, check out was even easier. This unit is on the 7th floor, plenty high for a great view but low enough that the elevator rides are quick. Its the 4th unit back from the front, you get a great look at the bay and the ocean both. We slept 2 adults and 3 kids in complete comfort. Everything about this trip exceeded our expectations. The north end of OC is definitely more family friendly but it's a short drive South to check out the boardwalk area. I would rent this place again in a second. It was clean, nicely updated, well equipped, and in a perfect spot.

Wonderful time in Ocean City

Our family of 6 just returned from a week in O.C. We enjoyed beautiful weather, great food, and a wonderful condo unit. This unit is beautifully decorated, very comfy, immaculate, and in a great location. The owner dealt with a couple of small issues very fast and was quick to respond to questions. Sea Watch 713

This was our first trip to Ocean City and also our first time using VRBO! We were pleased with both. The condo is terrific. It looks just like the pictures. It was absolutely spotless and perfect for our family of four. The views from the balcony are awesome and you can also catch those views while sitting on the sofa. The master bedroom also has access to the balcony. Bathrooms are newly renovated and very well done. We loved the beach theme throughout and the local art! The owners are so easy to work with and respond 100% of the time. It is obvious that they take pride in their condo. The Sea Watch property is also very well maintained and has so many amenities for kids of all ages. I highly recommend staying in this condo!

We found Sea Watch 713 to be an excellent beach rental. The place was clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. It's literally on the beach with outstanding ocean views, three pools, garage parking, a game room and playground.

Great place! Unit was clean and comfortable. Building has excellent amenities, walk out beach access and is very kid/family friendly. Owner Chuck was very responsive throughout the booking process and our stay. Highly recommend.

Very nice!

Right off the elevator so it was easy access to the beach and pools. Kids loved the snack shop and playground. Beautiful view of ocean and the sunset! Very convenient for having my little boy.

Our family purchased Unit 713 in the Sea Watch Condominium in 1994. We grew up in the state of Md. and spent every summer vacation in Ocean City. Our primary residence is in Ellicott City, Md., which is approx. a 3hr. drive to Ocean City, Md. Therefore, we usually visit once per month in the off season. The Sea Watch became our favorite destination due to all of the amenities in the building and it's Oceanfront location. We use the condominium for our own personal use. It is not an investment property. We offer the condo for rent 4-5 individual weeks of the summer per year. My wife and 2 children will stay the month of June and the last half of August until the return to school. It is truly our second home and we treat it as such. We hope you will love the condo and it's location as much as we. We never tire of visiting Ocean City.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We purchased the condo, unit 713, in the Sea Watch due to the fond memories we had as teenagers when our parents rented in the building for our weekly summer vacation. The kids have a wonderful time swimming in the pools and ocean. It is great to be able to get on the elevator and step right out on the beach. Unit 713, on the 7th floor, is located in the front of the building, closest to the beach, which affords a great view from the balcony. There is also a beautiful atrium in the center of the complex with a small deli. The kids love to run around the atrium to the playground , game-room and theatre . In addition, my 21 yr. old son and 13 yr. old daughter love to play tennis and basketball. There are always plenty of kids to play with day and night. The building is full of families. The building is also very security conscious, so their are plenty of guards thru-out the parking garage and complex 24/7. It is a very safe building and location.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our family chose Unit 713 mainly because of it's location in the Sea Watch building. The view is great and the mirrored living room wall brings the ocean right into the condo. We like the split bedroom arrangement and the open den with the twin beds for the children to sleep. The Sea Watch Condominium is very well maintained and the common areas look great. It is unique in that there is a central Atrium with a fountain and all of the hallways open to this atrium. There are no closed hallways. The building has a 30 seat movie theatre with free movies for everyone. We also like that each condo has it own laundry room right outside of the unit. It has a full size washer and dryer with plenty of storage for beach chairs, umbrella, etc. There is also an on-site Maintenance staff if needed. You can walk to the grocery store and the Goldcoast Mall is directly across the street as well as the Green Turtle Restaurant.
