The Sea Watch Condominium is a family oriented condomimiun located directly on the beach in Ocean City, Md. The complex includes the following amenities: indoor heated pool, outdoor oceanfront pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, game room, workout room, billiards room, and sauna for the guests. Unit 713 is located on the 7th floor just steps to the elevator. Both the Living Room and Master Bedroom have sliding doors which open to the balcony. The balcony overlooks the beach and has a great panoramic view of the beach and skyline. It is on the southern side of the building, so the balcony temperature is always comfortable. The unit has 2 bedrooms and an open den. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The Den is outfitted with 2 twin beds and the Living Room has a queen sleep sofa. The unit can sleep up to 6 people. There is a separate laundry room for each unit with a full size washer/dryer and storage for beach chairs/ umbrella , etc. The kitchen includes: self cleaning range, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, and microwave. The condo has 2 full bathrooms and central air conditioning. The building is located in a central part of North Ocean City and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The Sea Watch Condominium is a complex located directly on the beach. All Units view the beach and ocean. It is in a very family oriented resort that is voted best for families every year. Many stores and restaurants are within walking distance to the building. Family activities such as miniature golf, amusement parks, water parks and restaurants are plentiful. The uninhabited Assateague Island where you can view wild ponies is within driving distance. There is also a casino and cart horse racing within driving distance. The Beach and water is voted one of the cleanest on the East Coast.

About the owner: Our family purchased Unit 713 in the Sea Watch Condominium in 1994. We grew up in the state of Md. and spent every summer vacation in Ocean City. Our primary residence is in Ellicott City, Md., which is approx. a 3hr. drive to Ocean City, Md. Therefore, we usually visit once per month in the off season. The Sea Watch became our favorite destination due to all of the amenities in the building and it's Oceanfront location. We use the condominium for our own personal use. It is not an investment property. We offer the condo for rent 6 individual weeks of the summer per year. My wife and 2 children will stay the month of June and the last half of August until the return to school. It is truly our second home and we treat it as such. We hope you will love the condo and it's location as much as we. We never tire of visiting Ocean City.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean City, MD, USA:
We purchased the condo, unit 713, in the Sea Watch due to the fond memories we had as teenagers when our parents rented in the building for our weekly summer vacation. The kids have a wonderful time swimming in the pools and ocean. It is great to be able to get on the elevator and step right out on the beach. Unit 713, on the 7th floor, is located in the front of the building, closest to the beach, which affords a great view from the balcony. There is also a beautiful atrium in the center of the complex with a small deli. The kids love to run around the atrium to the playground and the gameroom. In addition, my 11 yr. old son loves to play tennis and basketball. There are always plenty of kids to play with day and night. The building is full of families. The building is also very security conscious, so their are plenty of guards thruout the parking garage and complex 24/7. It is a very safe building and location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our family chose Unit 713 mainly because of it's location in the Sea Watch building. The view is great and the mirrored living room wall brings the ocean right into the condo. We like the split bedroom arrangement and the open den with the twin beds for the children to sleep. The Sea Watch Condominium is very well maintained and the common areas look great. It is unique in that there is a central Atrium with a fountain and all of the hallways open to this atrium. There are no closed hallways. We also like that each condo has it own laundry room right outside of the unit. It has a full size washer and dryer with plenty of storage for beach chairs, umbrella, etc. There is also an on-site Maintenance staff if needed. You can walk to the grocery store and the Goldcoast Mall is directly across the street as well as the Green Turtle.
