The home was a great location for our family Disney get-a-way. The pool was a great added benefit with having kids. The community pool was nice, but we loved the convenience of the one at the house- hot tub was a plus. Easy access to the grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants. Would definitely rent here again.

Host was kind & easy to get in touch with, house was beautiful. Only issues, well complaints were that there were no extra blankets and the furniture could stand to be updated. But overall we had a lovely time. Plenty of space and clean.

House was fine but carpet was disgusting. The owner needs to rip it out and put hard flooring. Garbage can was broken as I had read from a previous guest. They should definitely provide more bath towels and wash cloths. For the size of the house I wish they provided a larger dinner table and seating outside. I do think the owners need to reinvest some of their money. Couches were small but served there purpose but the upstairs couches were covered by rugs to hide stains. Overall we managed fine but I was disappointed because I had stayed in another house about 6 years back and that house was pristine and I expected somewhat close to that. I definitely would recommend they get more cookware and plastic cups for kids also.

Host was responsive but the rental was less than we expected. I purchased the 75 grill rental and it was not delivered until day 2 of the stay. The incorrect WiFi network and password was posted in the rental. We had to find the correct information on the router. The kitchen trash can was broke and we had to work around that. There were ants crawling on the downstairs couch and there were Oreo crumbs and sun flower crumbs on the carpet. It wasn’t cleaned well! There is a picture on the rental profile of the pool that is misleading. There is a bedroom with real safety issues due to the two single beds that are not bunk beds. The rental profile lists this room but no pictures were provided and the room was horrible. There was not enough towels for our stay. Our guest’s had to use the same towel for the entire stay. The guards at the entry were not professional and not helpful at all. Two of our access cards did not work at the gate and they did not offer a solution or replacement cards. Very disappointing mini vacation.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to address the grill rental. Unfortunately, the grill that was originally at the home experienced a mechanical malfunction the day of your arrival and was not functioning properly. We apologized for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. Rather than attempting a temporary repair, we pivoted to purchase, delivered and installed the new grill early in the afternoon the following day. As for your other comments, they do not reflect the experience we provide. Unfortunately, none of these concerns were reported during your stay. From the very beginning, we always encourage our guests to notify us immediately if the cleanliness or condition of the home does not meet their expectations so that we can investigate and address them promptly as we take cleanliness, maintenance, and guest communication very seriously. Had any of these concerns been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have gladly worked to resolve them as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.
