The Acadia view is located in a small and exclusive development right by Margaritaville Resort, Orlando and Disney's Animal Kingdom. This beautifully furnished and comfortable home has 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 14 guests across 4 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom and 2 Twin Bedrooms. The outside area features an over size gas heated pool with hot tub spa and an expansive outside deck area affording considerable space for outdoor living and enjoying Florida's abundant sunshine. The pool has a waterfall feature and is always warm, even during the cooler months (the benefit of being gas heated). Highchairs, Cribs, Pack & Play and Strollers are optional (additional cost applies) for the convenience of parents with small children. BBQ Grill also avilable (additional cost applies). The in house music system can be heard in every room (each having its own volume control) and Roku TVs are installed throughout. There is 3588 square feet under AC and the game & media room is also under AC with it's own dedicated central system (there are three AC zones in all). Wall mounted High Definition TVs, comfortable beds and a fully featured & equipped kitchen complete this superbly unique and spacious home.

The home has been subject to all new bedding, upgraded wall mounted TVs and a newly resurfaced pool & spa. This home has a very accomodating open floor plan with 3 of the bedrooms on the 1st level (downstairs) and 4 bedrooms upstairs (2nd level). There are 7 bathrooms too (one half bathroom that leads out to the pool). The pool and deck are simply huge and no community is closer to Disney (Animal Kingdom)! Amenities, restaurants and other attractions are less than 1 mile away at Formosa Garden Plaza. Access is very quick and convenient, no lines or waiting to get in - just enter the code at the community gate and you are safe and secure within this gem of a community. Exclusive, spacious and great value!

We had a last minute cancellation at another property and booked this one same day as check-in. The host (Andrew) was extremely attentive and was able to help us end our day far less stressful than it had been. We arrived and the house and linens were clean. The pool was clean and heated nicely. They had all of the amenities stated and my family had a wonderful time! We would definitely come back.

Perfect for our family vacation!

We had a party of 12 and this property was perfect for us! It was close to the Disney parks and grocery stores yet secluded enough to make us feel secure and private. We will definitely stay here or at least look to rent from this property owner again!

thanksgiving stay

We did Universal Studios for Thanksgiving, and this house was in a great location. Andrew is a great property manager and was always available to answer any questions. I would recommend this to everyone.

Great Place

Excellent home for our family. Large pool area and nice outdoor furniture. Home was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Only issue was one first floor bed mattress was terrible. Overall excellent place to stay.

Wonderful house!

My son had his wedding in Disney and we rented this for some of our guests. It was perfect! With the bedrooms having their own bathrooms, pool and hot tub, kitchen was well supplied and great location! Would definitely rent again when in the area!

Easy and Relaxing

Everything about this property was easy and helped us relax. We were in town for a RunDisney race and this house was perfect for what we needed. Our group of all adults loved having private bathrooms in all rooms, and room to spread out. The property manager was quick to reply to questions. Just remember to bring or go out for extras of paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! It was more beautiful and comfortable than we expected. As we entered, it welcomed us with such beautiful decor, which enhances the beauty of this home. It was such an amazing place to stay and the location couldn't be any better. A wonderful home for a week!

This home was everything we could have ever wanted for our family Disney Vacation. Its location is so close to the parks and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The kitchen was stocked with most essentials that you may need, but if you're bringing a lot of people, I suggest picking up some paper plates, cups, and plastic silverware so you don't have to run the dishwasher every day. This was such a wonderful home for the week, 10/10.

Great Orlando location

The property is well kept and is as described in the listing. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, all with master baths. The large screened in patio with fenced in pool was a plus compared to other properties we have rented. It was an easy drive to both Disney and Universal Studios. Walmart is close by for essentials and Door Dash came in handy after long days at the parks.

Amazing stay for 1 week, wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is perfect if you plan on going to any of the Disney parks, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here! My family and I are thinking of booking another trip in the near future to the same house since it was such a great experience. There was a total of 11 of us in this house and we still felt like we had room. Plenty of space in the house made it easier for people not to feel on top of each other. Overall 10/10!

This house met all of our needs. The 7 bedrooms are all good sized and have en-suite bathrooms. The twin beds allowed the kids to bring a friend. We spent most of our time at home enjoying the pool and hanging around the deck. Location was perfect, never more than 30 minutes to the activity we chose for the day. We were able to communicate quickly with our host when needed. We will be looking at returning here in the future.

Very convenient to the parks

We love staying in this area because of the convenience to the parks. We were even able to easily leave the park and come home mid-day, returning a little later. We spent four days in the parks and enjoyed two delightful days resting by the pool. The spa was great and heated up quickly when we turned it on. We had a few problems (ice maker didn't work, leak in upstairs A/C unit set off smoke detector in the middle of the night, outdoor speakers didn't work), but they didn't adversely affect our stay, and we had no problem contacting the property manager. Overall the property was very comfortable for our family and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

Clean and conveniently located

The house was clean and conveniently located near the disney parks. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of our family. The pool and hot tub on the patio were good , the only suggestion that I would make is that the pool and hot tub need a hand rail for getting in and out. The only other note I might make is that the shower in the master bedroom could use so sort of texture or mat in it , because the tile is kind of slick. Over all we enjoyed our stay , check in/out was easy, and communication with the owner was good as we had a question about trash pickup that he took care of. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Family Disney Trip

Fantastic property. 4 King rooms and a Queen for couples all with attached bathrooms. 2 rooms with a pair of twins with a shared bathroom. Perfect for our family of 7 adults a 5 kids. Pool and patio areas was large with much larger patio area then surrounding homes. Hot tub was a hit every night after walking Disney all day. Location was excellent about mile south of 192 and only around 15 minutes to each park. Kitchen was good size and having both a living room and recreation room with TV and Pool table was great when adults wanted space from the kids. Wonderful stay. Would definitely rent again.

King ensuites were perfect for our group. Outdoor space was great! Needs some updating and a deep clean. Light fixtures, fake plants above kitchen cabinets, picture frames were thick with dust. Linens were clean and bathrooms were clean enough. THERE WERE NO WASHCLOTHS OR KITCHEN TOWELS. GRILL COST AN ADDITIONAL $125.00

Mesa house

Great house, neighborhood and area. House was very clean when we got there, didn’t have to touch up anything which is not a usual experience with other VRBOs. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive, Target, groceries, gas, great restaurants, bike shops, coffee shops… Was able to run and bike from the house without having to drive anywhere. Within a mile of the house you can be on roads or trails, in the foothills of the mountains, with wide shoulders to run, hike and bike on. If you like to cook, bring a knife sharpener, kitchen knives were dull. Would definitely rent house again.

Fantasmic Adventure

This was a very enjoyable property. There is plenty of space for your extended stay with friends and family. Ideal proximity to local attractions, dining and shopping. Good central location for day trips to either the Atlantic or Gulf coast. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from Magic Kingdom each night from the pool deck. The pool deck is nice and large but there isn't any shade nor covered lanai. A few tips if you book this property for more than a few days; there aren't any washcloths provided (we stayed for 2 weeks and bought our own); you will need to pick up essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. What is provided will not last you very long. Andrew was great to work with and has wonderful communication. We will book this property again in the future.
