This spacious home is in the center of Yuma in the Picacho subdivision with an amazing backyard. With four bedrooms set up, two air mattresses, and a zero gravity reclining couch, this house can fit over 12 guests without issue.

It is very close to grocery stores and less than a mile from a family friendly park with a duck pond.
