Great place! It was immaculate when we arrived and the perfect amount of space we needed for a trip we spent mostly outdoors. Location is perfect! Literally walking distance to a coffee shop and Crystal Bridges museum, which we visited more than once. Super quick drive to everything else. Adorable bungalow with a thoughtful host. We had a great time!

This was a comfortable spot close to downtown. Check in and check out were smooth and easy and the setting is quiet and felt safe. Airship coffee is just around the corner. The covered front patio and the covered back patio and furniture are great! However, the doors to the back patio are difficult to open because they scrape the floor.

Overall, loved the house and its location. Close to everything via walking or biking. Safe area and host was great to work with (very responsive). NO doubt we are going back and staying again. The mountain biking is amazing and this house is in the center of it and walking distance to the downtown square.

We had a great time In Bentonville. We came in for a long weekend to hike and explore nearby breweries. The location is close to the town square/Main Street. Plenty of public parking available if you prefer not to walk. There is a coffee shop nearby as well. If we make it to the area again, we will definitely try to stay here.

We cannot say enough GREAT things about this property! It was immaculate, perfect space for us, and the outdoor covered patio was a much needed reprieve in the afternoon and evenings, especially with the fire pit!! The beds were very, very comfortable and the pillows were so awesome!! The hosts were TOP NOTCH - very kind, responded to messages and requests very quickly! Location was superb - we were in town for the Bentonville half marathon and it was very convenient to the square! Walkable but was raining the morning of the race, so we drove I would give this property and the hosts a 10/5 stars…HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property!!

We love this place so much! Jennifer was super sweet and was available if we needed her. The house itself is very convenient to all the shops downtown. The neighborhood is super cute with beautiful houses. It was wonderful to see the Christmas lights. We want to come back as soon as possible. If you’re looking for a place in Bentonville, I highly recommend staying at Jennifer‘s place.
