This 16th Street Heights apartment combines the convenience of city living with tree-lined streets near the urban hiking trails and tennis courts of Rock Creek Park. Located within walking distance of the Georgia Avenue/Petworth Metro station, two buses also service the area. Uber can pick you up here with no problem. We offer convenient on- and off-street parking. Delivery services can bring your meals or groceries.
The apartment is completely private on the first floor of my Victorian residence. I live upstairs and will respond immediately to any concerns you may have. It is an ideal mid-term rental space for a traveling professional and provides ample space for one person.
The location is convenient to Howard University Hospital, Medstar Washington Hospital Center, VA Hospital, Children's Hospital, and National Rehabilitation Hospital. Ideal for traveling nurses or docs.
Pets are not permitted.
