"Prepare for the vacation of a lifetime in beautiful Orange Beach, offering a delightful family-friendly condo with numerous amenities. This property boasts fantastic pools, a new splash park, a fitness facility, and more, ensuring an incredible experience. The prime location situates you near various attractions, including restaurants, shops, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville, and top-notch golf courses. But the true star of your getaway is the stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico, observable from the balcony!

Indoors, this high-end property offers all the modern comforts, featuring flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, comfortable furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing the day's fresh catch. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the guest rooms accommodate with a queen bed and two full beds. Additionally, there's a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Dining space caters to six individuals, with room for four more guests at the bar. For added convenience, there's a washer and dryer within the unit. Also, note the newly replaced flooring throughout the unit from Fall 2023.

For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. Reservations made after October 1st for the winter months vary between three or seven nights, based on unit specifications.

Parking passes are managed on-site by the association, with associated charges. You will need to purchase each of your parking passes for this location. There is a MAX of two parking passes allowed.

The reservation includes a 'starter set' of essential items, which includes 1 roll of tissue per bathroom, excluding beach towels.

The condo needed a little more attention in cleanliness. The couch is a bit uncomfortable! However, the overall stay and condo was nice. Could use a crock pot, some scissors, a new coffee pot for sure and some plastic containers to store cooked leftovers

I love that the condo was right on the beach. Nice outdoor pool and splash pad for kids. This unit is outdated and could use new furniture such as a couch but it was perfect for a short stay.

Rented this condo for a week w/ my grandkids and kids. The condo was nicer than pictures looked. GREAT view and very large balcony. Had one issue and maintenance responded w/in one hour.

The stay was great. The condo was very clean and almost perfect location in the building. The beds weren’t the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in, but not horrible. I’d say the only complaint I would have would be with the property itself. They charged seventy five dollars for two parking passes!!!

Nice place but elevators need some work!

Everything was great but the elevator situation was not good we had to wait for 15-20 minutes every time. We even walked down and up the stairs from the ninth floor just so we wouldn’t have to wait! Other than that we had a fantastic time!

Decent stay

Enjoyed the location. Did not enjoy the third party management process. Seemed a little excessive to rent. The 1000 checkout was also something that wasn’t enjoyable. Would like to have a noon checkout.
