Desde las excelentes piscinas y el nuevo parque acuático hasta las instalaciones de entrenamiento y mucho más, este condominio no te decepcionará. La ubicación es excelente y estarás cerca de todo. Hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas, minigolf, el zoológico de la costa del golfo de Alabama, Waterville y varios campos de golf de clase mundial cerca. No olvides la razón por la que vienes: el hermoso Golfo de México. ¡La vista del Golfo es increíble desde el balcón!

En el interior, encontrará todas las comodidades modernas que esperaría de una propiedad de alta gama como esta. Televisores de pantalla plana, WIFI, muebles cómodos y una cocina totalmente equipada, ¡lista para preparar la pesca del día!

This condo was just right for our group. Casual and comfortable. It has a great view of the Gulf! There is a deck off the room with the king bed and a deck and view of the water from the living room/dining area.

Ocean view beautiful!! Had a wrapAround balcony on the front! Loved the 2nd balcony too that was off the master king bed room…which overlooked the parking lot

Great location

I love that the condo was right on the beach. Nice outdoor pool and splash pad for kids. This unit is outdated and could use new furniture such as a couch but it was perfect for a short stay.

The condo needed a little more attention in cleanliness. The couch is a bit uncomfortable! However, the overall stay and condo was nice. Could use a crock pot, some scissors, a new coffee pot for sure and some plastic containers to store cooked leftovers

Great condo

Last year we decided to get away for this year's Thanksgiving since it is such a hectic time of the year we needed a break. This is exactly what we needed family time and we were so thankful for it! We had so much fun even though it was cold!

Great condo!

My family had a great experience with no problems during our week long stay! We were there during hurricane Michael and were well informed of the status and what we needed to do. The property had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

About my stay at the condo.

Everything was good except the fact that they had construction work going on and it's was a lot of noise with that. Housekeeping was wonderful.

Perfect family condo

Rented this condo for a week w/ my grandkids and kids. The condo was nicer than pictures looked. GREAT view and very large balcony. Had one issue and maintenance responded w/in one hour.

Excellent property

The stay was great. The condo was very clean and almost perfect location in the building. The beds weren’t the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in, but not horrible. I’d say the only complaint I would have would be with the property itself. They charged seventy five dollars for two parking passes!!!

Nice place but elevators need some work!

Everything was great but the elevator situation was not good we had to wait for 15-20 minutes every time. We even walked down and up the stairs from the ninth floor just so we wouldn’t have to wait! Other than that we had a fantastic time!

Decent stay

Enjoyed the location. Did not enjoy the third party management process. Seemed a little excessive to rent. The 1000 checkout was also something that wasn’t enjoyable. Would like to have a noon checkout.

Hello, Thank you for your review and feedback. You can give our office a call to save on third party fees. We wish we could extend the check out to noon. With guest arriving at 3pm for check in, it would not give our team enough time to prepare the unit for the next guest. Check out our fall rates!
