Private studio with beautiful view

The studio is spacious, private and offers a huge deck with dining table and sofa. The deck is private and offers great views and tranquility .The unit has its own Ac unit as well as a well equipped kitchenette , adjustable over the bed table , its own fridge and a king size bed. A wardrobe as well as wall mirror was added for guest convenience.The bath has a large countertop and the showers is equipped with high pressure shower head with incorporated water filter. There are 4 parking spots at the property ( 2 on the driveway and two at the curb ). We also offer a flat Tv with Amazon Prime and a great choice of free movies .The kitchenette is equipped with hot plate for fast cooking, pots and pans , toaster oven , water kettle , over the stove microwave .

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Nice little studio unit perfect for myself and my daughter. I didn’t realize there were other rooms in the home for rent but the unit had an auto-lock door handle as well as an extra lock from the inside. The owner was very responsive and helpful with my questions. Would definitely stay here again.
