The Space

Welcome home! This property features two distinct living areas for your group to spread out and relax, including a cozy den with an indoor fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen includes both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, with starter pods provided for your first few mornings.

The home comfortably sleeps your entire group with premium memory foam mattresses in every room.

Primary Bedroom: King bed with an en-suite ¾ bath.
Bedroom 2: King bed.
Bedroom 3: King bed.
Bedroom 4: Two full beds and two twin trundles.
Additional amenities for your comfort and entertainment include:

High-speed 1000 MBPS Wi-Fi.
6 Smart TVs (Living Room, Arcade, and all bedrooms) with YouTube TV, Disney+, and Netflix.
A dedicated arcade room for hours of fun.
Games for both children and adults.
Full laundry room with washer and dryer.
A pack-n-play and a booster seat/high chair for little ones (sheet for pack-n-play not included).
Hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in both bathrooms.

Guest Access

You will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of one locked owner's closet and the storage shed. Please be aware that there are a few stairs from the driveway to the front door, all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, and there are a few stairs leading down to the arcade room.

Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air and beautiful scenery from the large deck. Outdoor amenities include:

A gas grill for cookouts (we do our best to keep propane tanks filled. If you end up with an empty one, you can get it filled at Walmart and we will reimburse you.).
An outdoor dining table for 4.
Lounge seating with a table/fire pit combo.
A relaxing hammock.
Please Note: The outdoor dining set, lounge furniture, and fire pit will be stored away during the snowy winter months.

The Neighborhood

Located in the desirable Continental Country Club, you are just 15 minutes east of historic downtown Flagstaff, with its fantastic shops, restaurants, and year-round events. The home is a perfect base camp for all your Northern Arizona adventures.

Enjoy hiking and biking in the summer, or hit the slopes for snowboarding and skiing at the Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort, just 40 minutes away. The scenic Gondola offers stunning views all year. For a truly epic day trip, the Grand Canyon is only 1.5 hours from your door.

Getting Around

The 2-car garage is very tight and is suitable for compact and standard vehicles only. The driveway can accommodate additional vehicles, but please note that street parking is not allowed. An EV charger is available, and the cable can reach vehicles parked just outside the garage.

No Pets: To ensure the comfort of all our guests, this is a strict NO PET property. Thank you for your understanding.
Safety & Security: For your safety, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras. The cleaning team also takes extra measures to thoroughly and effectively clean the property between each stay.
Stairs: Access to the home and its various levels requires using stairs.
Utility Lines: There is a standard residential power line in one corner of the property with supporting ground cables. It is safely positioned and does not impact the use of the yard or deck.
