The house is clean. The bicycles are in bad shape, flat tires, broken chain, so pretty useless. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a weeklend stay is not great One trash bag, one paper towel roll. It would go a long way to increase this amount, but it is pretty standard for places in this area. Kayaks would add value. Except for the broken bikes, price is fair for what you get. But I would pay. little more to have bikes that work and more supplies.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean and felt the value was fair overall. We do apologize for the condition of the bicycles and understand how frustrating that must have been. Please know we have since added additional maintenance policies to better monitor and service items like bikes, and we’ve also updated the front landscaping to help prevent sandspurs and similar debris from affecting the tires. We also appreciate your comments regarding the starter supplies. While we do provide an initial set for guests, we understand how having more on hand can make a stay more convenient, and we will take this into consideration moving forward. Thank you as well for your suggestions regarding added amenities—they are very helpful as we continue to improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
