The cottage`s two bedrooms each feature king-sized beds and en suite bathrooms. Enjoy the breeze on the balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the gulf. The property provides ample covered space with a large outdoor picnic-style table to enjoy life at the beach or entertaining around the grill. The cottage also offers his and her showers to rinse off after a day on the sand. Dedicated parking and a community pool round out the amazing features of this home.

Boca Grande Beach Cottage has the island’s bike path directly across the street. It’s only a short 1.1 miles to the village.
