Welcome to our home minutes away from downtown Raleigh, where you can be away from the commotion while still in a central location. Picture yourself drinking a cup of our complementary coffee on the back porch after a day of exploring the city of Raleigh. With top-notch amenities such as a fenced-in backyard, a fully stocked kitchen, and an in-unit washer/dryer, you will find yourself at ease during a stress-free vacation where you can focus on spending quality time with friends and family.



The Space:

As you walk into your new home, you will find a comfortable living room with plenty of room and a Smart TV for movie night with friends and family. As you continue, you will see a fully stocked kitchen with ready to use amenities such as a fridge, toaster, and a coffee maker with both decaf and regular coffee. If coffee is not for you, you will also find an assortment of teas for your convenience. As you continue through the home, you will find a full bathroom with toiletries, a hair dryer, and a first aid kit. Additionally, you will see the two bedroom where you will sleep equipped with three queen sized beds with both soft and hard pillows and extra blankets to ensure you will have a restful night. Additionally, one of the rooms has a desk in case anyone in your party needs a dedicated space to work in. The hallway in the home also has a laundry room with both a washer and dryer for you to use. Finally, as you walk outside into the backyard, you will find a back porch with a couple of chairs and a table, along with a picnic table and grill as you continue to the rest of the backyard. This is Unit A of a duplex where you will have no shared spaces -- the entire unit is for your private use.



Guest Access:

You have full access to this unit of the duplex.



The Neighborhood:

This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood where you can feel safe whether you are with friends or family. Close by, you will find plenty of grocery stores and shops in case you need to do any last minute shopping or want to find groceries for a family breakfast. This home is less than 10 minutes away from downtown Raleigh where you will find an endless variety of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and boutiques -- not to mention that you will also be close to other key parts of the city such as North Hills, Raleigh Iron Works, Fenton, and more. No matter what you are looking to do in Raleigh, this will be a very central location for a stress-free vacation.



Getting Around:

Raleigh is definitely a city where having a car is essential. Although we do have a bus system here, I would recommend having a car as it can be much more reliable here. You will have free parking on the property where you can fit plenty of cars during your stay.
