Lake Front House iso isÀntÀ pÀÀasiassa king size-vuode, vaatehuone ja tÀysi kylpyamme. PÀÀtasolla on 25-holvattu katto paljailla palkeilla, kaksikerroksisilla ikkunoilla, puulÀmmitteinen kivitakka, iso tÀysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on lihakauppias-saari, aamiaisbaari ja ruokasali.
Parvihuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, kaksi erillistÀ vuodetta ja tÀysi kylpyamme. Parvella on myös ulosvedettÀvÀ sohva, jossa kaksi erillistÀ patjaa ja nÀkymÀ jÀrvelle.
Kellarikerroksessa on king-size-vuode ja tÀysi kylpyamme sekÀ pelihuone, jossa biljardipöytÀ, 55 tuuman LED 4K Roku TV, Wii-videopelijÀrjestelmÀ ja paljon lautapelejÀ.

Perfect location and size

My family stayed here for my daughter's graduation. It was a great location; easy to get to campus for events and restaurants. The house was a great size to accommodate our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed the lake. The property is very clean and well maintained. These hosts are top notch! We will be back!!

Beautiful Stay!

Great property with plenty of room. We slept 7 people including one teenager comfortably. Nice quiet location on Lake Hartwell. We will be returning for another stay.

Clean and quiet

Exceptionally clean cabin with plenty of room for a large family or group. The cabin is in a quiet, rural neighborhood with lots of trees and a view of the lake. Loved our stay here!

Game weekend stay

Wonderful house with everything we needed. We stayed with another couple and our college age son, had more than enough space and loved the lake location. Easy travel in to Clemson. Kevin and Cris were fantastic hosts, very responsive and nice to work with. We would stay again!

Wonderful Getaway

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the hosts. They were so accommodating, and they were quick to answer questions as well as check in and see how things were going. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean upon arrival, and the layout of the house was perfect for teenagers wanting to get away and adults wanting their own time. We had a great time and cannot wait to get back up there again.

Perfect getaway

Decided to take a family trip for my husbands 60th birthday due to being unable to have a party Best decision ever. This home is perfect for a family. Spotless and the kitchen is better equipped than my own. Extremely responsive owners recommended a marina and a boat rental was also a breeze. Game room is amazing and the lake views are stunning!!!! Lovely property.

Perfect Fall Getaway

WOW!! The moment we arrived it felt like we were staying with old friends. This property has absolutely EVERYTHING a family could want, beautiful lake access, comfortable beds, a gaming room for young and old alike, clean, well appointed and lovely comfortable decor. Perfect Vacation Spot

Wow! One of the best places we have stayed. Everything and I mean everything was thought of here. The kitchen was WELL stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay just bring the food! Oh and the views off the back deck and dock were spectacular!!! We had the best time. The owners were very helpful and so easy to contact. Hoping to perhaps make this an annual trip!

Memory Maker

Our family has stayed 3 years in a row and loved it here..Very clean and spacious. Gathering at the private dock, (which now has electricity) swimming, fishing , and sunbathing were our favorite things to do.. Loved the kitchen island, so all of us could share in cooking and hanging out. Kevin was only a phone call away if we had questions. Very attentive to us! Would definitely come back again! Jaine B

Anniversary celebration

We went to this home because it accommodates 10. The home is beautiful and they have everything you could possibly need. We have 5 grandsons and they enjoyed the pool table, Pac Man machine and lots of video games. We rented a pontoon twice and everyone had a blast tubing. The only downsides for me were no trash pickup and quite a hike down to the lake for a 70 year old. I would happily recommend this home. Thanks to the host.

Relax and enjoy!

We so enjoyed this lovely lake house for our second stay for the week! The owners are readily available to answer all questions and are very gracious hosts. Our Grandchildren love this house with its huge private dock. Fishing ,boating kayaking, and swimming are just part of the experience. The downstairs game room kept us all busy and entertained! A very well stocked kitchen for a large group was awesome. There is plenty to do there and close to Clemson and Seneca. We will definitely be back again!

Great home for the Family

We rented the home for the week of Christmas 2020. It is a nice and beautiful home. The kids enjoyed the basement/game room and deck. The kitchen was fully stocked (including left over items from previous guest). An added plus, the kitchen had just been upgraded and it well exceeded our expectations. I loved that the owners stayed in contact with us. Being from Florida our only negative was no snow (smile). We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely visit again, hopefully in the summer to take full advantage of the lake.

Clemson family football weekend.

Kevin could not have been nicer and more accommodating to us for our family football weekend at clemson. He let us check in whenever and let us stay a bit later to accommodate our return travel plans on the last day. He left a lure he had success with to aid us in our fishing which unfortunately was not successful. And they had left a while bunch of restaurant menus and we ordered in wanting to spend as much time in his beautiful house. We had a fire going and it was a magical family weekend. Highly recommend this lovely house on the lake and working with Kevin. Easily accommodated all 8 of us.

Awesome relaxing week with family

Home was wonderful. Super clean and inviting. We all loved the game room. Kids loved small beach on property. Home was well stocked with all we needed. We stayed during the week and the lake was awesome, not busy at all. Rented a boat from Clemson Marina and they have a great Monday -Thursday deal. This was our first time to this area, and I was not aware that all 3 lakes do not connect; this would have been good to know since I almost rented a boat from a marina at Lake Keowee. Also, be aware when renting a pontoon boat that you will need to take down the shade awning going under each bridge. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and loved the lake and the house. We would for sure return!

Enjoyable stay

Our family of five spent a Spring Break week on Lake Hartwell and used this location as a home base while our oldest toured Clemson University and we did day trips in the area. The home was very clean, the listing was accurate and communications were excellent throughout the process. Our youngest two spent nearly every day fishing from the boat dock and we caught everything from catfish to perch and crappie. The home was cozy and beds were comfortable. The kitchen supplies and all appliances were everything we needed and more. WiFi service was also very good. Although the home is in a rural area, as we had hoped for, both Clemson and Seneca are within 20 minutes giving you lots of grocery and restaurant options. We were about 1:15 minutes from the Highlands and Cashiers and did dedicate one day to hiking and visiting waterfalls. There's also a nice miniature golf course about 15 minutes away from the house. Although the water was too cold for swimming, I'd imagine this would be a great summer location for families with kids for a summer getaway.

Can't say enough good things

I have rented many houses on VRBO and I have to say that this is one of the nicest. I am very OCD and a clean freak and I could not believe how immaculate and clean this house was from the minute we walked in (you don't know how much I appreciate that). The house was the perfect size for me and my husband and three teenage kids. They loved the basement and playing pool and Wii as well as using the basketball hoop and kayaks. The deck and dock were perfect for a week long lake house vacation. We were in the lake everyday and enjoyed a cup of coffee and a glass of wine every day on the deck. I really appreciate the McDonald's attention to details as hosts. Our dog passed away literally two days before our arrival and they were very vigilant when it came to giving us a pet refund and had nothing but kind words. Kevin was very helpful with fishing tips and offered to talk to my husband further. They also had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do (we ate at three of their recommendations and absolutely loved the food). Overall, an amazing week and I would stay at this house again in a minute. Side note, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on.

We are a middle-aged couple with a 14 year old son. Kevin is originally from Montana and Cris from Texas. We live and work in the Greenville area and Love this area. We like the outdoors and enjoy various outdoor activities. We purchased this house in June of 2017 and planned from the start to make it a vacation rental. We Love this Home and plan to retire here in 8 years!

This is a quiet location. Not a lot of boat traffic and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The lake offers great fishing, boating, swimming and fun, fun, fun. New high-speed Wi-Fi and Internet became available and put icing on the cake.

When at the Lake House we feel secluded in a peaceful, natural environment ready to enjoy the lake life, grill our favorite meals and entertain family and friends, yet we are only 10 minutes from Seneca and 15 minutes from Clemson where we can enjoy urban entertainment, good restaurants and the Clemson Tigers.
We have the Best of Both Worlds.
