My family of 9 met here for a weekend trip and it was a wonderful home with lots of room! It had everything you could possibly need. The home was in a great location with balconies on every floor with beautiful views, space was very clean and just a really fun space to gather. Host was very responsive. We will definitely stay again and recommend.
Everything was exactly as advertised. We had a baseball tournament and the property manager allowed us to have a late check out because our game wasn’t until 1:30. We will definitely be staying again.
We so enjoyed our time in this clean and accommodating A-frame home for our women’s retreat! It was quiet and relaxing! Just what we all needed! Thank you Amy for being so prompt in your responses to any questions we had. Thank you for hosting our group!
Was great stay, had a family reunion here with guest from outside texas, was wonderful, will do it again in 6 months. Lots to do, great location, great communication with the host, two fenced in areas for our dog. Can highly recommend.

It’s a 4 level home. Not sure it was listed that way. The top 2 levels didn’t really have good air circulation so that would be a problem in the summer. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. The worst part and it ruined the trip was the smell in the house. We had to call the fire department to check for a gas leak. No leak but house smelled so bad we would gag when entering and then go “nose blind”. The lower level, game room we were not able to use because the smell was so bad. Which we could have used the entertainment down there. I never heard back from the management to let us know what the smell was and did not feel like they took it seriously. Would have been nice if someone stopped by While we were there to witness the smell. The few visitors we had immediately smelled it as soon as they opened the door.

Courtney, thank you for staying with us and for sharing detailed feedback. I’m truly sorry that the odor impacted your trip. Safety is our top priority, and—as we suggested—you contacted the fire department; they confirmed there was no gas leak.
We replied to each of your six messages during the short stay and acted on the concerns. After your visit, our team found there was a musty smell in the lower level. The basement walls are adjacent to the ground, which can create moisture; we’ve installed a dehumidifier there and added a HEPA air purifier in the main living area.
Regarding airflow upstairs: the home is an A‑Frame with four levels, and the AC senses temperature across all three upper levels. Guests who’ve stayed in summer have been comfortable.
I’d value the chance to speak directly and make this right. Please reach out so we can ensure a much better experience next time.
This was a great property and stay! Me and my friends all loved it and it was perfect for our group size. We drove to the beach and spent a day there as well.
