There are fans in each bedroom. Dining room table seats 4. The kitchen is full service and includes drip and Keurig coffee makers with coffee, a tea pot with tea, and ice maker in freezer. Enjoy the use of 4 beach chairs and beach towels.

Enjoy sunrise walks on Amelia Island’s white sand beach, shark teeth hunting, shell collecting, surf fishing, surfing, body boarding, basketball courts, skate park, and beach volleyball, all within walking distance.

A full-service marina with fishing and sightseeing charters as well as first class golfing are a short drive. On sight boat and RV parking is available.
