Filled with light and coastal charm, this cozy second-floor oceanfront condo offers breathtaking panoramic views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. One of only four condos in Seagate, it provides exceptional privacy along with wide-open views stretching nearly 120 degrees to the north and south. It's the perfect retreat for a couple looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty of Amelia Island.
Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and original art work (many painted by the owner), the condo has a warm, welcoming atmosphere guests immediately fall in love with.
The updated kitchen is thoughtfully appointed for those who enjoy cooking, featuring granite wraparound counters with stylish swivel stools - perfect for chatting with the cook, enjoying morning coffee, or simply taking in the endless ocean views.

New lighting, fans, cabinetry and fresh coastal touches throughout make the space feel bright, relaxing and inviting. Best of all, the ocean can be seen from nearly every angle.

Step outside onto the private deck, where you'll find a table with comfortable seating as well as two oversized Adirondack rocking chairs - ideal for morning coffee, afternoon naps, or evenings listening to the sound of the waves.

The beach itself is wide, uncrowded, and known for beautiful shells and shark teeth. In fact, the area directly in front of the condo is considered a local "hot zone" for shark tooth hunting.

Located just south of Main Beach and only minutes from historic downtown Fernandina Beach, you 'll enjoy easy access to wonderful shopping, casual and fine dining, and the beloved Saturday Farmer's Market. Nearby activities include golfing, tennis, hiking, biking, sailing excursions, horse back riding on the beach and exploring Fort Clinch State Park and the island's beautiful Victorian homes.

Amelia Island also hosts many wonderful annual events, including the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance, the very fun Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival, and the acclaimed Book, Jazz, Blues and Chamber Music Festivals throughout the year. No wonder we love living here!

This condo is truly a special place for us - our second home, even though we live only minutes away. We're always just a phone call away if you need anything during your stay.

Relaxing on the beach

The location of the condo was great-right on the beach and great view from the condo. It was perfect for our dog-she loved laying on the deck and visits to the dog park. Leslie was very responsive to our questions on how to operate the TV and even brought us cookies when I could not access the cookie sheets. We did enjoy our stay.

Great Spring Break!

My family and I really enjoyed our week. The view of the ocean is wonderful. We sat on the deck everyday. The condo had everything we needed and was perfect for a week on the beach with our dog. It was so wonderful to find a dog friendly condo! We would definitely book again!

Steve and I were married on the beach in front of the condo in September of 2008, with a beautiful double rainbow appearing just before the ceremony - a wonderful omen and a memory we'll always treasure.
We fell in love with this special place the very first time we walked through the door. There's a peaceful, welcoming feeling here that has brought us - and so many of our guests -countless happy memories over the years.
We enjoy sailing, golf, cooking, music and spending time with wonderful friends. I also love painting with oils, and several of my original paintings are displayed throughout the condo. If a piece speaks to you during your stay, a notebook with information and pricing is located under the tv.
