The Space
Magnificent views of the ocean, river and mountains from the 18th floor of the Grand Venetian. You can relax in the morning while hearing the waves, take a walk on the beach, cook your own lunch, and enjoy the sunset from an ample terrace. You have access to five pools, hot tubs a restaurant located in the pool area, secluded beach area, a fitness center, tennis courts, a business center, 12-person movie theater, a game room with a pool table, and a spa.

Guest Access
In the apartment, you will have 1,100 sq/ft which includes an ample terrace, living and dinning area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and washer /dryer are. As a guest you can enjoy the pools, hot tubs, bars, restaurants, beach area, fitness center and spa.
Interaction with guests
You will be provided with a local phone number to report any issues during your stay
Other things to Note
You can bring your own beverages to the pool area or beach area if you desire. There are pool towels at the apartment that you can bring to enjoy the pools and hot tubs.
The entire area is very secure. It is guarded 24 hours a day. There is a beach club by the beach that is open Thursdays through Sundays. It closes at 9:00PM. It may be that the music exceeds the maximum allowed noise by the government.

House Rules
House rules include not disturbing your neighbors and obeying the instructions from the security personnel.
Smoking in the apartment is only allowed on the balcony. A surcharge will be made if smoking inside.

The neighborhood
The Grand Venetian is located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. Two minutes walking is the new mall "La Isla" which has numerous restaurants, movie theater, and shopping stores. Just across the street, there are several restaurants. It is 10 minutes away from downtown and the Malecon, where there are bars, clubs, restaurants, and tourist attractions. It is also conveniently located 10 minutes away from the airport. Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, movie theatres, and two malls are within five minutes. The boat dock is also five minutes away.

Getting Around
Cabs are not expensive in Puerto Vallarta. You can ask the valet to call a taxi for you and will pick you up at the entrance of the building. UBER operates in Puerto Vallarta but can pick up at the airport.

Great Getaway

This was our second stay at Fernando’s condo and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It’s a great location near the marina with wonderful pools, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and great water pressure in the shower. Fernando is excellent at communication and provided us with all the information we needed for check-in as well as other helpful information during our stay. I grew up going to PV every year on vacation and Fernando’s place definitely felt like a home away from home. We will be back :). Thank you, Fernando!

Beautiful Weather

The condo was as pictured. Fernando was easy to communicate with and attentive to our needs. The only issue was loud music until 9:00 four of the five nights we were there and we couldn’t enjoy sitting on the deck over looking the ocean.

Just what we needed

The size and comfort of the Condo were perfect for us. The view from the balcony is amazing. My husband is an early riser and there was a full moon during our stay; it was a beautiful sight to see. Sunsets just as impressive. It only cost around $4.00 U.S to take a taxi downtown, or the Marina. Food and service at this facility is great and the gym helped to work off all the calories. Fernando was quick to respond to any requests and all in all it was a perfect experience.

This property is unique. It is located by the beach and between the airport and old Vallarta. it is close to numerous malls and restaurants. It offers the amenities of a five star hotel with incredible views of the ocean. It has five pools where you can relax and have a view of the beach. You can also seat in the secluded beach are with palapas and lounge chairs

What makes this property unique

Have a spacious apartment instead of a confined room at a hotel which most likely will not have a view of the ocean. Be able to cook your own meals if you so desire.
