This lake home is huge, perfect, beautiful! Everything was sparkling clean and in perfect shape! The screened porch was so lovely and the upper level deck was too! It is so spacious and would be perfect for any large family gathering. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful lakeside spot, and allowing an early check in so we could begin our retreat sooner! We loved being here!

From the time we booked and all the way through our stay we had lots of questions and Christina was right there to answer them. We stayed during a blizzard so we couldn't be outside but we found plenty to do inside. Christina provided extra chairs and tables so we could play games. We had our family Christmas and we had everything we needed. Some of our family went ice fishing right off their shore. Christina's husband John offered advice about the fishing. We didn't catch anything but we had fun trying. John also helped dig us out on our last day. The place is by no means new, but she's got character!!!

We live next door to the property and treasure this location on Lake Koronis. We invested in the property when our long-time neighbor decided to sell and we're excited to share the lake country opportunity with families and friends. My husband and I are both engineers so partner well on home improvements and coordinating all the details to make your stay perfect.

Why they chose this property

This location is amazing - it has flat lake access, shallow sandy bottom in a quiet bay, but is part of larger Lake Koronis with great fishing (including Minnesota's coveted walleye), 3 islands with a sand bar, 2 parks on the lake, we provide a dock so you can bring a boat, our neighbors are retired and delighted to have visitors and help your stay be a memorable experience. The home is located near a 13 mile paved trail that goes around the lake. In the winter, the snowmobile trail opens and is accessible from the property where you can connect to miles and miles of trails through local fields, woods, and small towns. Ice fishing is easily accessible with a plowed concrete driveway leading to a concrete ramp on the property.

What makes this property unique

Large screened-in porch viewing the lake, lake access, large house for friend and family gatherings. Located about 1 hour 30 minutes from the Twin Cities makes it more convenient than many Minnesota lake destinations.
