The main level features an open-concept living and dining area filled with natural light, a modern kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and two queen bedrooms. The lower level adds two more queen bedrooms, a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and in-unit laundry.

Outside, a covered patio with string lights and lounge seating opens to a fenced backyard with lawn games and a hammock.

Fiber WiFi, streaming TVs throughout, Nespresso and Keurig coffee stations, and starter toiletries are provided. Pet friendly with a fenced yard.

Why they chose this property

Space for everyone without sacrificing location. The lower-level living room and back patio give groups room to spread out, while the central Arvada location keeps you 5-15 minutes from Olde Town and top Denver restaurants and shops, also its under a mile to a beautiful state-of-the-art and new gym called the Apex Recreation Center, and within twenty minutes of many Denver area attractions and sites. Also there's easy access to I-70 for mountain trips.
