Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please do not make the beds that have been slept in so we know which beds were used. Additionally, if rollaway bed or travel crib were used, please leave out and open.
Please pile all used towels in the bathtub or shower.
Please make sure hot tub jets, lights, and waterfall are turned OFF and hot tub cover is on. Please ensure that the propane tanks on the grill and fire pit are turned OFF.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This rental was above all my expectations. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Hot tub was enjoyed all week. Patio area was used a lot. Adult kids loved the pool table and outdoor games. Extra fridge in garage was perfect for extra drinks. Plenty of toilet paper, Garbage bags, dish soap ect....i usually expect to have to buy more of all of this but never ran out. I definitely recommend and would stay here again if we get back to this area!

Loved our stay in Arvada! We spent the week with our son, my parents and our 2 dogs. We worked remotely so the desks and monitors were a nice add for us. The house is exactly as pictured. The fenced in yard was bigger and more private than expected - perfect for our dogs. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the hot tub, yard games and basement games & toys. The kitchen was well stocked and we made use of the 3 living spaces. Katie was very responsive with any questions we had. Arvada was a great city/home base - a quick drive to Golden and Denver. Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the Denver area!
