The home has two main living spaces. The upstairs living room features a sofa with comfy pillows, comfortable accent chairs, coffee table and 55” Roku Tv.

Get Cozy, watch your favorite show or movie on the 65” Roku TV The downstairs living room features a large sofa with comfy pillows and blankets.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen. The modern kitchen features granite countertops, vented stainless steel hood, modern stainless-steel appliances, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and FlexBrew coffee maker with coffee & tea options included for every guest. Tea-Pot, chemex Pour over, French Press available.

There are an assortment of spices, and a host of cooking utensils and gadgets. If we don’t have a specific tool in the kitchen, let us know and we will add it to the list.

We have a cozy dining table. Can accommodate 8 guests. Whether you want to open your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner, or just want to take things easy, the space gives you everything that you need.

The home is equipped with modern laundry machines (washer & dryer). You will have access to detergent pods, dryer sheets, and iron with an accompanying board.

The entire space plus amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home and consider our house your home base for the duration of your stay.

We had the best time! The house was lovely and very convenient to hop on the highway to explore Denver and surrounding areas. The neighborhood was very quiet , we enjoyed walking around. Stephen's property was perfect for the employees who stayed for a training to attend in the area. We had a girls bucket list concert that we went to at Red Rocks and the Newman house was the perfect spot for our stay! It is such a quiet neighborhood and the King beds were awesome. Form but comfortable. Very clean and it felt like home. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great house for two generations of family

We enjoyed our stay - the beds were comfortable. The host was responsive and accommodated our requests to drop our bags off early before check in to avoid parking with them in the car. Host was also able to let us check out two hours late so we could celebrate Mother’s Day with our grandmas and moms and college aged kids. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed the coffee maker. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and the 2 bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom. Was a good setup for 5 adults.

My family and I (ages 20-80) spent the weekend and the house was perfect for us. We found the house to be very well stocked with all of the amenities and supplies of home. The backyard was large with a nice table and chairs and privacy fence to gather outside and enjoy the weather. In short, the Newman House was absolutely perfect for us.

Arvada Retreat

Has just about everything you need for a great stay. 2 king bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, 4 total. Living Room with large flat screen T. V. both up and downstairs. Well equipped kitchen and dining room upstairs as well. Nice fully fenced in backyard with patio table and chairs. We had full control of the thermostat which I always appreciate! Walk in shower in both up and downstairs bathrooms also a plus!
