Perfect place for my husband I to stay for a few days while visiting our kids. For the most part, it was quiet (they are building across the road, but it didn't bother us since we are early risers), very clean, step out the door and hop on the trail for a scenic run/walk. And it's just down the road from the Colorado Tap House! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and the location was great to visit our son who attends Mines in Golden. The property was just as advertised and was very clean and comfortable. The host was great and very communicative. We would love to stay here again on our next visit!

Great host! The place had every amenity that one would need for a super comfortable and peaceful stay. Kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to prepare meals. Great location next to a really nice walking path and Red Silo coffee. Could not have asked for a better stay!

This was such a perfect home in Arvada Colorado. Near all of the things you need and places you want to go in Colorado. The host was amazing and the house was exactly how it looks. Thank you! Will definitely stay again

We stayed here a couple times while we were in the Denver area for an extended period. One of the best VRBO places we have ever stayed at. Place was perfect with all the amenities and everything new and clean. Nothing more is needed as they have everything to cook with and in a great West Arvada location close to a nice walking path and close to outdoor hiking locations and Golden. Host is amazing and quick to respond for anything that you might have a question on. Check-in and checkout easy and a place we will definitely stay at again.

Great location. Nice for walks and bike rides. Very clean/new. Host is nice and responsive. The neighborhood construction was a little disappointing upon arrival, but we adapted. Would like to stay here again.

This unit was comfortable and spotless!! The area is a delight to walk around with a gem Tap House within walking distance as well as a nice walking trail. There is some construction across the street which the owners let us know about well ahead of time, which we appreciated so much. We were in and out a lot and it never bothered us. We had everything we needed and the owner was fast to respond to any messages. We will definitely stay here if ever in the area again! 5 all the way!!!

We had a very comfortable time in your nicely decorated unit. The three bedroom rental was very clean and we had a lot of room to spread out. 3 1/2 bathrooms was a huge plus for the 6 of us. The manager quickly communicated with us.

Excellent week-long stay. Townhome spotless, new build with quality appliances etc. Owner provided valuable information, tips, etc to ensure a comfortable stay.Location close to the Ralston Creek walking/bike path is terrific! We had lived in Arvada 35 years before retiring to AZ, and it was great to use the path again. On street parking availability will probably improve when construction across the street is closer to completion, but we could always find a parking space (Owner fully discloses this in listing)We will most likely stay here next year.

This unit was fully equipped and very clean. Such a cute place that was perfect for our group of 5. The host communicated well and was very accommodating! We enjoyed a quick walk down to the Colorado Tap House for evening drinks and yard games and the nearby walking/running/biking trail. We could easily access downtown, Red Rocks and other area attractions. Highly recommend!The only drawbacks were limited parking and some new construction nearby, but overall they were very minor inconveniences.
