3rd time staying at shoreline towers

We love the area. 3rd time at shoreline towers! Free beach set up was included and we used it everyday to watch the waves roll in enjoyed our time on the beach.

Family Vacay

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Although renovations at the complex were being done, nothing interfered with our stay. I havent seen the beach this pretty in 15yrs and we loved how close this unit was to the beaxh every day.

Loved this unit. Clean, comfortable, great views. Shoreline Towers is my favorite property in Destin. Cant wait to come back in May. Hope this unit is available next visit.

Great stay!

Property was spacious and clean! Easy access to the beach. Having the free chair rental all week was definitely needed and 110% appreciated since you can’t bring your own tents & umbrellas to the beach. Thank you for the great hospitality. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful View

We had an amazing stay with the most gorgeous view ever !!! The last day we were there a water main broke shutting off water to ALL condos. Management was very swift in notification. Unfortunately our water didn’t come back on and we weren’t able to complete our check out items dealing with water. The resort was understanding and nice enough to give us a 150 refund for the inconvenience. It did damper our stat yet we can’t hold the resort hostage and take away a star when they went above and beyond to make it right! I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this resort with a breath taking view and umbrella cabana service for two!!

Wow what a view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in and enjoyed each Tower. This condo had an exceptional view and was very nice. Duri g our stats, we enjoy staying on the grounds and only eating out 1 to 2 times. With that said, we felt the kitchen could use adequate cooking supplies. We also found the laundry setup very inconvenient. The stacked units were on a wooden box that made the dryer controls accesible by standing on the supplied stool. This would not be good for the elderly or frail. Even though I mentioned the above items, we worked with the inconviences and had an awesome time.

Great location

This was an amazing location, although when we arrived at the unit, there were many things that were dirty. We arrived on a Saturday and unfortunately did not get a call back until Wednesday. I wish someone would’ve told us about all of the construction going on in our building and not played it off in the email that it was just minor construction. The entire first floor is a construction site, and we had to walk through scaffolding to get into the building where loose wires were present and very unsafe for children. Only one elevator was working and it was also used by construction workers and housekeeping which tied it up a lot. I did get a refund on my cleaning fees, but just wish I would’ve been notified before hand about all of the construction as I would’ve picked a different unit. With all of the construction going on you were not able to access the beach easily. You had to walk all the way around the parking lot! As far as the location it was amazing and the beach was fabulous!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2082 is a LOVELY condo. Updated, nice, clean great location, sun is not on your balcony in the afternoons which is nice. Has 2 free beach chair rentals. THis condo is a perfect 5 to rent. We have been coming to this location for years. The only disappointing thing was how the construction was handled. You had to share an elevator with construction workers and two years in a row the second elevator does not work? When a worker ran over my husband toe and was very rude the office went to the HOA and said sorry this is not our rental (was end of hall on same floor) and call the police. They could have CARED LESS. I understand the need for construction improvements but the association and office does not care enough about their guest to fix the elevator and have something separate. There were times you were waiting because they were trying to get all their stuff going to many floors no consideration for paying guests. Not sure will be back for a while. I would have rated 1's on this visit due to their lack of customer service in the office but I am not doing that to the condo owners when their place is always nice.

Good place but needs some updates

The bathroom showers were very dated and had broken handles. A few pieces of furniture were worn down and need to be replaced. The A/C unit broke down on our last two nights. I was disappointed that the property management did not try to place us in a different unit. The owners are selling the unit and at times we had people showing up unannounced to see it. I think the management company should have shown consideration and notified us. Hopefully, whomever buys this unit will do some updates.We have stayed at this property 4 different times and really like the location. There are plenty of things to do close by and lots of great restaurants. The property is clean and well maintained. The beach is fabulous.

I enjoyed early morning on the deck watching the ocean while my husband fished from the beach. The kids loved the gentle/ warm water for swimming and raft floating and even snorkeling!! Our only complaint is that when we went to book the condo for next year... same week... the price has more than doubled😢 We were very saddened by this because we had planned on returning but now will not be able to.

Beautiful View, Too Bad We Couldn't Enjoy It

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful with a beautiful view. We were unable to keep the curtains open because it was too hot in the unit. We called several times, maintenance responded, but it never did cool down. We were even told at one point that they could add freon but they didn't want to move the stackable washer and dryer. We were told that it was just the climate in the area and that 74-75 degrees was a good temperature, although, we had several units rented, we were a group of 23, and none of their condos were hot. We found a broken fingernail on the bedside table and there was sand in one of the beds. We enjoyed the water and the property, we were just very upset about the air conditioning. If you're cold natured, I would recommend this unit, otherwise, steer clear.

We had a pretty good vacation

we had a good stay. highlighs: the unit had washer and dryer making it more convenient than using the laundry room in the building, the keurig machine was great, view was nice, location was pretty good - lots of attractions closeby, we used the baby travel crib in the unit on our last day, because there is a building across the sound of waves get accentuated, which we enjoyed low lights: vrbo charged some fees so maybe it would be cheaper if we booked on some other website, unit doesnt come with beach service (umbrella, etc.) and they dont let you bring your own so that was another $200+ we had to pay
