Aqua Waves of Destin. Amazing Beach with Free Beach Set Up!

Our unit has beautiful and unobstructed Gulf views from all rooms. Sitting on our Balcony is like being at the beach. There is no way to be closer to the water in Destin and you can enjoy these views from each room! You are so close that you can watch your children right from our balcony. Spacious 1430 sq feet, newly renovated and attractively decorated. Our unit is in excellent condition.

The master suite features a king-sized, canopy bed with an awesome gulf front view, an LED flat panel TV with a DVD, ample closet space, and an over-sized, connecting master bathroom. The master bath is spacious and has a large tile and glass in shower with a built-in seat. The guest bedroom has a two queen beds, another great gulf front view, an LED TV, ample storage and a connecting bathroom.

The kitchen features all wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, all stainless-steel appliances, glass pendant accent lights and also a gorgeous gulf view.

The living room area features a 42" LED Vizio Smart TV with built in streaming Aps, and a dedicated VIzio sound bar, to bring theater into our condo. Guests with NETFLIX, HULU, YOUTUBE or AMAZON accounts can also stream video content directly though our versatile system. We have unlimited FAST & FREE WIFI for our guests.

Our 3rd floor view and the sound of the ocean is unforgettable. You can park your car just footsteps away from the elevator and walk a few more foot steps into your oceanfront retreat. Our unit is about the closest you can be in Destin to the ocean and you will soon experience this wonder. We also include free beach service set up of chairs and an umbrella for our guests staying with us from March 1st to October 31st.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. Within 1/2 mile (a 15-minute walk) there are 2 large grocery stores, a Target, 2 major chain pharmacies, a US Post Office, a UPS Store, 3 fast food outlets, 15 restaurants. You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park.

Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis, pickleball or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. TO RESERVE OUR UNIT:
1. Verify your Dates: March 1 to December 31st. We Accept bookings of 4 nights or longer, however we prefer SATURDAY to SATURDAY rentals.
2. You can book it online within the VRBO site. Just enter your dates to begin the process and follow the prompts. If you book our condo online you will receive our rental agreement by email. at the time of booking. Booking the unit constitutes acceptance of the rental policy.
3. If you want to ask a question before booking, look for "Contact Owner" on the right of your screen. You can send me an email with your requests and ask questions about the unit before booking. I will answer all questions, send you a quote with the terms of the rental. If you are satisfied, you may then proceed with the booking.

WE TAKE YOUR SAFETY SERIOUSLY. The condo is completely tuned over and disinfected on the changeover day by the onsite housekeeping team. All towels and bed linens are completely removed from the unit and replaced with clean and sanitized sets. Housekeeping uses only EPA registered products, and every surface is wiped down according to protocols set forth by The CDC.
