The best VRBO stay I’ve had, by far!!! The home is perfectly designed with thoughtful touches throughout, well situated in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything Dallas has to offer. This does not feel like your average short term rental…. It feels like home.Excellent communication with the host!
WOW! This place is a hidden gem! The pictures do not do it justice!! We loved staying here so much, we will book this place every time we come to Dallas! The home was very clean and it had everything you could need. The Host always responded quickly! The only thing we wished was that we had booked this place another few days!

Why they chose this property
The house sits just off the Kessler Parkway walking trail in the heart of beautiful Kessler Park. While Dallas has a reputation for being flat, this neighborhood is full of rolling, tree-lined hills. Winding streets, leafy views, and welcoming neighbors make Oak Cliff one of the most unique and inviting places to stay in the city.
What makes this property unique
This transformed farmhouse was redesigned by a celebrated architect, blending Japanese and Scandinavian influences. The interiors are minimal yet warm, with natural wood details that create a sense of calm. Outside, perennial gardens attract pollinators and shift with the seasons, so each visit feels different. From the windows, you’ll spot birds, butterflies, and the occasional wildlife visitor — a true retreat in the middle of Dallas.
