The Splash House is a wonderful and entertaining 3 bedroom vacation home located in the very quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Cathedral City, which is just a short drive away to the popular Downtown Palm Springs.

This vacation home consists of 3 bedrooms in the main house and is perfectly designed for every guest that stays here.

This vacation home has a splash pool with a built in hot tub. The splash pool is approximately 12ft X 7ft, which is perfect for families with small children or couples who prefer to enjoy a relaxing day in the pool and soak up the sun. For those who enjoy Palm Springs in the winter, this is a perfect way to enjoy the weather and heated splash pool. The outdoor space is a very manageable space with 2 lounge chairs and additional outdoor seating.

The Splash House is a great home for entertaining, with a formal dining room that is to the right of the main entrance of the house and a bonus bar next to the dining room. The large and open floor plan concept living room and kitchen area is a great place where you can truly enjoy entertaining friends and family while preparing a marvelous dinner. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary equipment and tools for any chef who loves to cook.

The living room has 2 comfortable couches with a chaise lounge and a 65” Smart TV has built in chrome cast. For those who love to play games, this home comes with many for your use and entertainment.

The master bedroom has a direct access to the backyard and access to the splash pool and hot tub with a great closet and an en-suite bathroom. Equipped with a King Size bed and TV/ Cable, the master bedroom is spacious and comfortable room.

The two other guests room are located side by side to the left of the front entrance. Each of the bedrooms is nicely decorated with a Queen Size bed and TV. A shared full bathroom is just right across the hallway.

The Splash House is a place for everyone! Come and stay here for months during the winter or for a last minute getaways in the summer and enjoy all the indoor and outdoor amenities this great vacation home has to offer.

Comfortable Stay

Everything was clean and tidy when we checked in. The house has adequate place to relax and hang out. We cooked all our meals at the house and had no problem with any of the amenities. The heated pool was easy to use and they provide plenty of towels for the guests. Overall had a very enjoyable & comfortable stay, would recommend.

Great house

This was a great place to stay. The floorplan worked for us--master bedroom separate from the other rooms. I liked the big open space combining the kitchen and family room. The check-in, check-out process was really simple and the owner was responsive to questions. We did not have any issues and would stay here again. Great house!

Perfect Palm Springs get-a-way!

Centrally located, spacious, private, clean, and loved the splash pool! Thank you Robert for sharing your condo with us and quick responses to our questions! We found Palm Springs overall - so enjoyable and fun, a great getaway after a long cross country flight! This is definitely a contender for future family gatherings!

I will alwsys stay here if in Palm Springs

The property is close to everything. Spacious living room. Lots of table space to have casual coffee or full blown meal. Great kitchen. Large bedrooms. Plenty of space. Absolutely would rent again.

Girls Weekend

The house was very nice and clean. It has everything you need and plenty of space. It is quite and off the main roads. Manager responded back immediately when we asked about the air conditioning. Maybe update photos since our mountain view was obstructed by new construction. Thank you!

Great Little splash house!

I really enjoyed this place. There were a few hiccups but we worked through them. The AC didn’t work the first night but the owner did everything in his power to get it back on line. It was working by the time we got back from breakfast. That’s a huge plus given it was 117 degrees that day. The beds were kind of stiff but to each their own. Could use a bigger coffee pot. Anyway, the splash pool felt amazing! I’m looking in to getting one myself. At first I felt like giving 4/5 stars but the owner really did do everything to accommodate us for the mishaps. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed.

Great Getaway House

We were in Palm Springs to do some wedding planning and The Splash House was a perfect spot to stay. We were close to everything and the amenities of the house were great. It was clean and had everything we needed. Robert was very attentive and we will definitely be back for another quick getaway.

Splash pool fun!

A perfect home for a girls weekend! The splash pool was awesome to relax in with some drinks & just chill! Only the master bed was comfortable, the other 2 definitely weren’t. Other than that, awesome place & good location!

Will Stay Again

Our host was very attentive and accommodating. Excellent customer service. The attention to detail was impressive. We had everything we needed (there is a rock for grilling as well although we didn’t use it). Came here with my sisters for Mother’s Day celebration and our stay was perfect. It would be great for a long term stay as well. Thank you Robert!
