The 200 square foot home has 3 bedrooms (1 King and 2 queens) and 2 large bathrooms with showers. The property features WIFI, AC/Heat and full size laundry area inside the house. There is a 2 car garage and 2 parking spaces in the driveway with ample street parking as well.

The neighborhood and surrounding area is very walkable with lots of friendly neighbors and their pets.

Large pool is maintained weekly at owner's expense. Pool heating fees are included based on the time of year.
