We had a terrific girls weekend in Frederick at your place. The location was perfect for walking downtown. House was very clean, rooms were comfortable. Overall, a great place.

The air conditioning was perfect. Our host Nina was right on with instructions and our inquiries. The house was spotless and in easy walking distance to restaurants and downtown. We had a great experience and would highly recommend to future travelers.

Great stay. Nina was a wonderful hostess and very attentive to our needs. We had an amazing gals weekend. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. A very cozy place within walking distance to everything in historic Frederick.

Everything about our stay was excellent! The house was clean, updated and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. It is also within walking distance to Carroll Creek. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Frederick!

We stayed at The Row at 1870 over Labor Day weekend. We were in town for our nephew's wedding at Strong Mansion. The location of this property is outstanding for walkability around downtown Frederick, and since the weather was spectacular, we took full advantage of that. Additionally, our son and daughter-in-law did a fair amount of biking around the city. It was nice to park our vechicles for a majority of the weekend. For example, we walked to the welcome party for the wedding as it was just around the corner at Bentztown.The house is tastefully decorated and was very comfortable for hanging out. We loved the living room and "island" seating area for gathering. The kitchen is very well appointed with MANY options for coffee (Kuerig or Drip) and tea. As soon as we arrived, we were enjoying the basket of snacks that Nina provided. We also could not believe how quiet the neighborhood is and how friendly the neighbors are. Finally, Nina is one of THE MOST responsive hosts we have ever encountered. I texted her on Saturday morning regarding a small issue with the handle of the upstairs shower faucet. There was someone there to fix it within a couple of hours. You can tell that she cares about her guests experience, and it is no wonder that her ratings are EXCELLENT! Nina, thank you for a wonderful weekend!

We were very happy with our stay in Frederick! Our nephew was getting married and the venue was right in town. The location of the property was perfect for walking not only to the wedding, but for exploring all the town had to offer with shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, or walks through Carroll Creek Park a mere 10 minute walk.The communication with the host from booking until leaving was outstanding! The photos and description of the property were spot on in regards to accuracy. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked, had comfortable beds, great air conditioning throughout, and a terrific shower in addition to off street parking for two vehicles. We would highly recommend Nina’s property!

We can’t say enough positive things about Nina’s home. She absolutely thought of everything. There were snacks, drinks in the fridge, condiments, multiple selections for the Keurig, hair dryer, shower needs, and more, Anything we needed to prepare a meal. We loved the furnishings, and the home was spotless. Nina was extremely communicative and even came over quickly when we couldn’t figure out one of the doors. User error, for sure. Everything in town was within walking distance. There is quite a bit to see and do. We can’t wait to visit Frederick again, and we will absolutely stay at Nina’s home.

What makes this property unique

It is a rare 4 bedroom with a first floor en-suite. All of the furnishings are sourced from West Elm, Wool rugs from Pottery Barn, and other luxury retailers. We chose quality over quantity. We provide a stocked refrigerator all for our guests to enjoy. The custom bunk beds can hold over 600lbs with stairs for ease of use.
