DESCRIPTION: Cruz Views #05 - Tranquility is a two bedroom one bath end condo located at the charming Cruz Views complex. The condos are designed townhouse style in clusters of three which surround the sun deck and pool area. Tranquility being an end unit, has one shared wall with its neighbor, which makes it an appealing choice for your tropical island getaway. Tranquility is one of the larger condos at the complex as the owner expanded their interior living space to the side deck, which offers guests more areas to relax and spend time together.

The living area is an open floor plan and includes your living room, dining room, and kitchen. The condo is well-equipped and includes a flat-screen TV with cable for your viewing pleasure. Should you need to do some work, and we hope this is not the case, the condo includes your internet with Wi-Fi capabilities. It is our hope though, that you unplug, and let the island of St. John do its magic, as once you visit here and stay at Cruz Views, you will never want to go anywhere else. It becomes your home away from home.

The screened sliding glass door opens from the living area to your private balcony. Here you will enjoy gazing out to the beautiful blue seas of Cruz Bay, as well as looking across to the island of St. Thomas. By day, you will enjoy watching the boats glide by and in the evenings, you will be speechless by the beauty of changing colors in the sky as the sun sets over the horizon.

The air-conditioned bedroom includes a king bed, dresser, and closet so you can unpack your belongings. The loft bedroom is accessed by a ships ladder (attached to the wall) and includes two twin beds. The loft is air-conditioned and is recommended for children ages 12 and above. Should you have younger children, there is an additional pullout sofa in the living room.

LOCATION: Cruz Views is tucked into a tropical hillside 160 feet above the town of Cruz Bay. The units all face southwest to capture lots of sun and picturesque views of turquoise seas by day, memorable sunsets at days end, and the twinkling lights of distant islands at night. It's an easy walk into Cruz Bay (downhill) but the walk back to Cruz Views is a bit more challenging, especially if you have enjoyed a few of the island's infamous rum punches.

For those renting a vehicle there is on site parking at the complex. Guests will enjoy the shared pool and if you like to BBQ, there is a gas grill available for guests to use during their stay. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are also included with each condo.
