Serenita is a very private, end unit located in Cruz Views above Cruz Bay town. Spectacular views off the large private deck. One master bedroom with a queen size bed, and a loft bedroom with captains ladder access, twin beds, DVD player and desk/dresser. Fully stocked kitchen, coolers and beach chairs, snorkeling equipment. Flat screen TV/DVD in the living room, a large sectional couch and Wireless internet access. Ample opportunity to view beautiful tropical birds and our favorite Iguana population that sunbathe for hours each morning in the tree at the corner of the deck.

We are a family that includes siblings and our spouses and children and our Mom. We all grew up in Ohio, but currently live in Chicago, Kentucky and southern Ohio.

We have been vacationing on STJ since 1992. Some of us have been married here, some have honeymooned here, and we have all loved coming here for many years and wanted a place to call our own and share with others.

What makes this condo unique

We fell in love with this property because of the serene surroundings and incredible view from the deck and living room. So many other condo properties were in buildings with units above and below. This unit is on the end with a wrap around porch and beautiful vegetation surrounding the deck and beautiful view of Cruz Bay and Pilsbury Sound and STT. Our kids loved the loft bedroom and of course the swimming pool!

Serenita at Cruz Views is located directly above Cruz Bay town and is within walking distance to town if you are willing and able to climb a rather steep hill. The view of Pilsbury Sound and St. Thomas is spectacular during the day, at sunset and also beautiful at night with all the lights on STT.

50% is due within 7 days of booking, final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For Christmas/New Years bookings- final payment is due 120 days prior to arrival.
