Conveniently located just minutes from White Rock Beach, Semiahmoo Shopping Centre, the airport, and the ferry terminal. Our property features a full range of amenities, including spacious grounds, a BBQ pavilion, outdoor dining area, gazebo, wooden deck, and even a massage table—perfect for relaxing or hosting special gatherings.

Over the years, we’ve welcomed wedding guests, birthday celebrations, vacationers, retreat participants, and travelers passing through. Wherever you’re coming from or wherever you’re headed, you’re always welcome here!

During your stay, you’re invited to enjoy complimentary fresh fruit picked right from our garden, including cherries, black mulberries, raspberries, blueberries, plums, and prunes (season permitting). You can also harvest a variety of fresh leafy vegetables from our vegetable garden and experience the simple joy of country living. The kitchen features a Kangen water machine, providing high-quality alkaline drinking water for your enjoyment—no need to buy bottled water during your stay.

Amazing flowers Well stocked with nice towels and plenty of kitchen items - don’t let the cozy description fool you plenty of remote three bedrooms dining rooms and living room.

This VRBO was listed as a 2 bathroom and only one bathroom! Listed as a single residence, but there were people living in the basement and running a flower business on the property, with customers continually wandering the property. Not a private property. One of the queen beds was a box spring only, without a mattress. Limited cooking pots and utensils. Keurig machine only with no pods provided. Moths in kitchen from old food stored in taped off cupboards. BBQ was dirty, briquettes only and bag was empty. Asked if one bedroom and bathroom was on the main floor due to one of our group having mobility difficulties. All three bedrooms and one bathroom were up 8 stairs and there was the only bathroom for the group of 6 adults who booked this stay.

We advertised a three-bedroom, one-living room, one-bathroom house with a separate entrance. BC short-term rental regulations stipulate that the owner must live in the entire property; otherwise, short-term rentals are not permitted. This is a province-wide regulation. Therefore, we live in the downstairs basement, with a completely separate entrance from the upstairs house .The upstairs three-bedroom, one-living room, one-bathroom house for guests is completely separate. Our garden is very beautiful, and the community church happened to be showing it to some new members that day. Regarding the outdoor barbecue grill, we only provide the grill itself; guests must purchase their own charcoal if they wish to use it. We explained these details to you when you inquired.

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very clean and even provided with a washing machine and a dryer and care products were available. There are 2 bedrooms for 4 people. The landlady was very kind and helpful. We felt like home.

Only one bathroom in the area that is rented; the second bathroom must be in the basement. Strange smell. Hard to find due to no address on the front of the house that you can see from the street. we had to go around to the alley and try to figure out how to get to the front door. No amenities to speak of. A spare refrigerator in dining room taped closed with packing tape. The property looks nothing like the photographs. The owners were in the basement the night we were there. Property looks like a mess and is obviously their full-time residence. Not ready for prime time, just odd. Would not rent again.

Nice place; lots of beds & a spacious living room. Big yard but didn't get to use (see below). Worked out ok for a bachelor(ette) party but have lots of opinions:-The listing states 2 bathrooms. There is only 1. This was important criteria & factored into our group deciding on accommodations. Disappointed with this misleading information. The listing also mentions access to fitness equipment, which was not present.-We were under the impression that a VRBO stay meant some private space away from the hosts. Not the case. The host lives in the attached building & we could hear them while in the kitchen. They were also in the yard all throughout the day & evening, gardening. We could see people constantly walking past the windows & at times there were at least 5 people that we had to awkwardly walk past in the carport area. Our group had the main door open for a bit during the day for air flow, with the screen door in place. We heard the host come over while we were playing a game in the living room and closed the door??? -A ton of things were taped shut with packing tape; a fridge in the dining room, drawers on a desk in one of the rooms, an armour in the front entrance way, multiple cupboards. Strange that we had such limited access to any storage space. Not shown in listing pics. -When we arrived, the soap in the bathroom was completely empty.-Spilled some water on the floor when getting water from the fridge, upon wiping it up the paper towel was excessively dirty.
