Welcome to the beautiful Chautauqua Lake. This year round large colonial estate located in Ashville, NY sits on 4 acres of land with 400 feet of frontage directly on Chautauqua Lake. The home has recently been updated and features 12 bedrooms, a grand living and dining space with a private dock. The estate includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels and bedding. There is also a washer and dryer on-site. Enjoy views of the lake from the large front porch and plenty of outdoor space.

The estate is located just 4 miles from the historical Chautauqua Institute and 3 miles from Bemus Point. It is a great place for a family reunion or a vacation with family and friends!

Our 24th year to gather as a family (that continues to grow). This space gave us plenty of bedrooms and living space to be together. Things we did and enjoyed: game tables, sitting on the porch overlooking the lake, kayaking, games/puzzles, fire in the firepit, grilled dinner. We rented a boat one day and explored the lake. There are several small towns with different things to do within 10 min - 1 hour. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Chautauqua Lake Estate! Not only was the house huge, but the Host was wonderful - returning our inquiries immediately. The driveway was plowed (we had a lot of snow), and a shovel magically appeared.

The house was in a beautiful location with a stunning view of the lake. This is the house for you if you're looking for a large roomy space for your get together. Three floors, several bedrooms, some with their own bath. Huge living space to gather all together. Kitchen had everything needed to create great meals for our family. Host had swift and informative communication. Boat dock for son's boat worked out well. Wonderful family get away. Niagra Falls is only a couple hours away!

Absolutely wonderful

The pictures do not do this place justice...it is absolutely stunning. We had a group of 12 ladies get together for a weekend getaway and the house was perfect for it. We had plenty of space, ample bathrooms and the most gorgeous views. Communication with the host was impeccable, any issues we had were addressed to ensure our best stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is wonderful- the best we have stayed at on the lake for a big group. Owners are great and the house is perfect for large multi generational family stays. We will be back for sure!!! I recommend renting the golf cart from the owners to give a break from the stairs but everything about our stay was lovely.

We had an an amazing trip and loved the location. Everything we needed was available and the living room, dining room area was so spacious great for entertaining. The porch outside was very comfortable and the view of the lake was incredible. I would recommend that the showers and mattresses get an update for more comfort during the visit.
