NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE, NO SHOES ON CARPET AD SECOND FLOOR. NO BBQ AROUND THE POOL OR AROUND THE HOUSE WHICH STRICTLY PROHIBITED FOR SHORT TERM RENTAL AS PER COMMUNITY HOA.

Excellent property, as described on web site. We had a small issue getting the wifi and pool/ spa filter to work. We called the host (Berk) and he responded immediately and solved. The property was clean and well taken care of. Would certainly stay there again.
