Home was comfortable and as pictured in the VRBO listing. Juan was very responsive and accommodating. My family especially enjoyed the pool and lanai. The only recommendation I would add is maybe provide things like trash bags, dish soap, condiments/simple spices (like salt and pepper)…just a few of the usual things until guests can get to a store. I would definitely book with Juan at the Majestic Vacation rental again.

Property was exactly what we were looking for! Pool was great, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Place was nice and clean. AC worked great. We spent 14 days there and enjoyed it! Kids loved the themed bedrooms.

July 4th Family Bond

The property was very roomy and clean plus the outside pool/hot tub also the game room that was a big plus and I must say Mr Juan help answered all my questions/concerns THE GAS GRILL AWESOME…. We had a great stay. We had 9 family members in age from 13-70 and the house was just what we were looking fo. On the days we didn't go to disney or the beach it was nice to have the game room to keep the teens and young adults happy and the pool area and back porch was wonderful for just relaxing. Well stocked kitchen for the evenings we cooked and utilized the grill one evening for cooking burgers. Best house we have stayed at in Florida so far.
