About this property

Stylish family getaway steps from the beach/town

Step into an open living space on the first floor with a living room, dining area and mudroom with a 1/2 bathroom and washer/dryer all on the first floor. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen that has an island with seating for four and a dining area with seating for six.

Beyond the dining area you will find the mudroom with a full washer/dryer and a 1/2 bathroom before exiting to the back patio with seating, a fire stove and a shed that stores all of your beach necessities!

We offer 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom/bath is located in a lofted space on the third floor that has a queen bed and TV. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom are located on the second floor. All of these bedrooms are furnished with comfy and cozy queen beds and all have TVs.

Your family will have full access to the house other than the locked owner's storage in the 2nd floor hall closet.

Located 1 block to Central Park and the tennis/pickleball courts, 4 blocks to the beach and 6 blocks to Mason Ave where you will find all of the shops/restaurants.

7 night minimum stay during summer months (5/24/2026 - 9/6/2026) with Sunday check-in
