Family Friendly 3 Blocks to Beach with Great Amenities

New for ‘23 🚨DISHWASHER🚨!! We overhauled the home in 2018 to set it up for guests to enjoy the Cape Charles and VA Eastern Shore. The home is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen for all cooking, new mattresses and bedding for restful nights sleep, smart TVs to access all your streaming content needs. We specifically designed the home for family vacations to have two master bedrooms-both fitted with king beds. Great for 2 families vacationing together or extended family gatherings.
For the beach goers and water enthusiasts our home is complete with a stand up paddle board (SUP), two children's kayaks along with beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and both a beach wagon to help transport everything to the beach. We invite you to stay in our home and enjoy all that Cape Charles has to offer.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The listing is accurate and the property owners are great. We had a few minor issues while there but the owners were very quick to respond. We plan on staying here again in the future and would recommend it to anybody looking to visit Cape Charles.

Wonderful stay

We were in town to celebrate my sister’s 70th bday and see a concert. It was a perfect lo cation and so cozy. We spent a lot of time on front porch and enjoyed apps on back deck. Everything was great.

Great girls weekend rental

The house was perfectly located within walking distance from both the main street, beach and local park. House was well appointed with kitchen, toys, etc. - exactly as described. Super host was in contact immediately when we need a toilet seat fixed. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This was our sixth stay in Cape Charles, we’ve hopped all over town during those stays and this was my favorite house! Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, which I find to be an added comfort. Close enough to walk to the beach. House is nicely stocked and the paddle board was a fun bonus!

Long weekend getaway with friends

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and really well situated. Plenty of room for our family of three and our friend’s family of five to relax, sleep, and play games together. Easy walk to beach, shops/restaurants, and the town’s park with tennis/pickleball courts and soccer field/nets. Great communication with host. Would highly recommend!
