This thoughtfully designed home features in-floor radiant heating, a modern Rumford fireplace, and split-level AC units for year-round comfort. Luxurious linens, super-comfy beds, and carefully curated decor create a space that’s both stylish and inviting.
Indoor & Outdoor Living
Enjoy cozy indoor spaces or take your leisure outside. Lounge on the front porch, sip coffee on the private Master balcony, or gather in the spacious backyard complete with a mid-century fireplace, cushy lawn furniture, premium gas grill, and hot tub — perfect for entertaining or unwinding under the stars.
Gourmet Kitchen & Dining
The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals, featuring a chef-style gas range, convection oven, large island seating for four, and an expandable dining table for 8-10. We provide a selection of complimentary coffee, local refreshments, and treats to make your stay even more enjoyable.

SevenTwenty is safe and secure with keyless entry locks, well-labeled safety features, and thoughtful touches throughout for a worry-free stay. Laurel and Alex are work in the graphics industry and have resided in Appleton since 1996, raising a small family and getting involved in the community.

SevenTwenty is such a unique place, offering so much history and charm we couldn't pass up the opportunity to turn it into a short term rental property. We are excited to share this amazing space with so much character, allure and atmosphere. Once you experience SevenTwenty you will never want to leave.

The location is ideal for Appleton area stays as well as a convenient location for the EAA and Green Bay Packer games. SevenTwenty is just a few minute walk from the Appleton Downtown District and a stone's throw from many parks, walking/bike trails as well as historic places including the first home with hydro-electric lighting in the country.
