Our home is 8 years old and makes you feel like you are staying in a model home because it's so neat and clean. My cleanliness reviews confirm that you and your family will be staying in one of the cleanest homes in San Antonio. It is located in the prestigious and upscale masterplanned community Alamo Ranch. Homes in this area range from the mid 300's to over half a million dollars.

The home has all necessities needed for your stay. Cookware, Linens, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, laundry detergent, iron and starch, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, etc.

The kitchen is stocked with all utensils, cookware, and diningware that you would expect. There are a ton of spices and a Keurig with coffee and creamer waiting for you. There are 4 bar stools at the large island for your dining pleasure. There is NO space for a kitchen table so please do not complain about that.

Ultra plush high end mattresses in the master bedroom (King Simmons World Class on adjustable base), downstairs bedroom with a King size Tempurpedic, and guest room (Queen Serta iComfort Savant).

The kids room has 2 twin beds (low loft bunk bed).

There is a Pak n Play located in the guest room closet) available if you have a small child.

The living rooms has an 8 person power adjustable sectional perfect for watching the big game or movies.

The upstairs loft has an ultra plush memoryvfoam and goose down 10x10 deep seating sectional.

The downstairs has a bedroom right when you walk in the front door.

There are plenty of toys (stored in the steps of the bunk) and games for the kiddos (XBOX One).

Popular shopping and all major restaurants are just 5 min away. (Olive Garden, Chili's, BJ's, 54th St. Grill, Chipotle, Red Robin, and many more.)

NO outside visitors are allowed at the home without express consent due to security, safety, and insurance reasons. Please don't ask for exceptions to this rule. Our homeowners insurance and Homeaway policies will not cover or allow outside guests. No pets of any type allowed.

No smoking and no vaping in the home.

The home is monitored by video cameras on the outside of the home for safety and security.
