This 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse located in a quiet gated community with a beautiful park-like setting and a sparkling community pool (not artificially heated).

The bedrooms include 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed and 2 full beds to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. The master bathroom has a standing shower. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The living room has a comfortable leather sofa and love seat and a 55" smart TV where you can stream your own Netflix or other favorite streaming service (no cable). Each of the bedroom also have smart TVs for streaming. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully equipped with a drip coffee pot, blender, toaster, pots, pans, plates and silverware for 8 people.

The formal dining room has a stunning wood table with seating for 8.

The private patio area has a table, chairs, umbrella and a gas barbeque grill... perfect for a family outdoor gathering.

The pool is located a few steps away from the house in the middle of the complex. The pool is currently OPEN. The pool season opens mid-May and goes through mid-September. As with any pool, unforeseen issues sometimes arise which requires the HOA to close it temporarily for maintenance. It does not happen often, but when this happens, it is beyond my control, so I am unable to offer any guarantees.

We are pet friendly.. Our back patio is fully fenced in for the safety of your pet.

The supermarket, Wal-Mart, movie theaters, and an array of restaurants are less than 2 miles away.
