Centrally located. Safe neighborhood. Near SeaWorld & Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Easy access to downtown, museums, & the SA Zoo.
Late check-in available, high-speed wi-fi, full kitchen, private laundry, blackout curtains & TVs in all bedrooms.
The perfect place for families to relax, & a comfortable place to unwind after work. The home can comfortably sleep up to 7 adults & 1 baby/toddler.
Self check in is anytime after 3pm and check out is no later than 11am unless approved by host.
Parking is available on the left side of the driveway, in the garage, or you are welcome to park legally in the street out front.
Follow the lighted path to the private entrance. We use a smart lock for your convenience, and offer late check-in as well.
Please note that Waterpark access is not included when you book. There are several Waterparks in town, but none that are connected directly with this property.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The neighborhood is family friendly, quiet, and centrally located. It has a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, as well as being close to SeaWorld, SixFlags and Lackland AFB.
What makes this property unique
You'll have quick access to anywhere you want to go from this centrally located duplex that is only 4 miles from SeaWorld, 11 miles from Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and 16 miles from downtown.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex is a private space for you and your family. You'll have the entire left unit to yourselves, with a lighted path that leads to a private entrance.
You'll love the open concept living area with space for everyone. It is furnished with an overstuffed couch, a comfy armchair, cozy blankets, and a 55" Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming services. (You will need to provide your own login credentials.) Perfect for movie night with the kids, or relaxing after the work day.
The master bedroom boasts a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress on a luxurious adjustable base.
The front bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed, as well as a provided pack-n-play crib, providing ample sleeping space for your entire family. This room also features a smart TV.
The property features a full kitchen, with provided coffee, and a washer and dryer in the private garage. The backyard and patio are also private. We also provide a dedicated office space with built in charging station.
The back patio is furnished with a table and 4 chairs. The large backyard has lush grass, and ample space for kids to run around and have fun!
