Our Luxury Home boasts four (4) bedrooms each with their OWN full bathroom. Three bedrooms are King size beds!
Fourth bedroom is a great bunk bed room, walk-in closet, full bathroom includes tub.
Our Gourmet Kitchen with high end appliances & high end cookware/chef knives.

22 Filbert Lodge is located between Cottonwood Market, Fort Rock Park and Woodland Golf Course.

SUMMER:
REC PASSES are also known as SHARC Indoor and Outdoor Aquatic Center.
10 daily REC / SHARC guest passes included.

In addition to the pool, these REC Passes include:
*Free tennis and/or pickleball court access (reservations recommended),

Our home was built in 2006 and appointed with beautiful furnishings. We have owned this home since 2013. Every year, we add something to the home to make it better for our family as well as guests. With that in mind, this is not the typical rental home and we look for guests that have the same feeling.

22 Filbert Lodge has four bedroom suites: three have king beds and one with two sets of bunk beds. Every bedroom has its own full tile/granite and slate bathroom making it a wonderful place for one or two families to stay. This was a builder's home with eight foot doors on the main floor, spacious gourmet kitchen with slab granite counter tops, and hickory plank wood floors.

This is a high-end house that feels brand new, and we work to keep it that way. This is not a party house - we encourage fun but not drunk behavior.
As a courtesy to future guests with allergies we have a strict 'no animals' policy.
Our house is totally non-smoking, vaping, etc both in and around the home.
Please no events at our home.
Our housekeeper is also a caretaker and monitors the home while we are away. If she sees concerns, she will notify us.

This year-round resort is in Central Oregon just 15 miles from Bend and 21 miles from Mt. Bachelor’s ski runs and hiking trails.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
10 AM summer check out is important as our housekeeper needs to start right away. Please start dishwasher prior to leaving. Please start a load of towels prior to leaving.
Trash & recycle are outside behind a gate at the front of the house. Recycle has specific items allowed, we have labels to help. Please 'click' the lids on so no animals get into trash.
If any furniture is moved, we kindly ask you to put it back where it came from as our housekeeper can not lift easily. No need to strip the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For clarification: No smoking also includes: vaping and/or drug use not allowed inside or outside our home.

This house is our new favorite! Carol has thought through every detail. We were so impressed with how well stocked it was, more than any other place we have stayed in our 30 years of going to Sunriver. We commented several times during our weeklong stay how excited we were to have found this gem.

A great home in a great location

Another great stay!

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Sunriver. Great location not too close or too far away from the Village. Perfect for our group of 3 couples but would also accommodate more with the bunk room. Thank you Carol for being an excellent host. We look forward to staying again.

Great place to stay!

We love this home. It is conveniently located in a quiet area. The space is warm, inviting and comes with all the amenities. We love the kitchen setup and outside grill which allows us to prepare delicious meals. I would highly recommend this property.

Sunriver Family vacation

Wonderful week in Sunriver. The house was perfect for our family and close to everything. Bike rides, walks to the park, day at the SRARC and two great golf courses. Stuff to keep the family busy everyday. We hope to make this trip and location an annual event.

Great Thanksgiving or anytime place for family. The house graciously was stocked with all the essentials and all you need to do is get the food you want for the time you’re there! The owners were very good about making sure everything was ok or seeking out if we had any questions. Great place and we recommend staying here!

Beautiful home with everything

Wonderful area and fabulous hoyse

We truly enjoyed our stay at 22 Filbert Ln.. The house was exactly as portrayed and very comfortable. Kitchen was a dream to cook in and the dining room set us all. The comfy living room sofas in front of the fire were especially enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at the beautiful Filbert Lodge! Owner provided great pre-instruction, wonderful communication during stay and helpful tips for inner workings of the house while there. The house was incredibly well stocked with kitchen appliances, tools, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. Beds were comfortable and amenities abundant. This was a wonderful home away from home for our family to stay for a great trip to Sunriver!

Wonderful house and stay!

Family Reunion

Our family had a great time. We have stayed here in the past and really enjoyed the amenities of the home (4 bedrooms each with a bathroom, great kitchen and open gathering space, and spacious garage-play area) and updates throughout (new BBQ and kitchen accessories). This home provided everything we were hoping for and we plan to rent again in the future. The owners were also wonderful to work with. Thanks For Everything!

Smaller Well Kept Home

This house was well-organized with very nice upgrades. While a bit out of the way for us with young children (we rented another home on the same street where the kids stayed) it was a trek for their parents on bikes. Home is in a nice quiet neighborhood toward the North side. Overall this is a well-kept home and perfect for a family of 6 with kids in bunk beds.

Dream Host, Excellent Property, Attention to Detail

Overall we had a successful family trip, and much of that success hinges on picking the right house, and this one is a winner! The host is very responsive, provided a lot of the things we needed, really went the extra mile. House is laid out beautifully, and the new garage floor upgrade is a great touch. The kids loved the bunk room, lots of giggles were heard and they all loved sleeping in the same room! Would highly recommend, and would definitely consider this a premier house rental in sunriver.

Always a pleasure working with the homeowner. And the house is just perfect for our family. The house us clean and wonderfully stocked. The owner responds to emails promptly, even while we're there and offered to venmo us when the ice machine quit making ice for a while. I'll be emailing her now to reserve for next year.

Beautiful Quiet Home

We spent a week at this house & it was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner for a group of 9. I really appreciated that the cabinets and light switches were labeled so you knew where to find stuff. It was great to have an EV charger too. We didn't need any gas for the few trips into Bend. Even the teens enjoyed the bikes, ping pong, games & puzzles. Seeing deer every morning/evening was an extra bonus.

Great for a family

This home is very well equipped and the layout is great. The bunk room works very well for the kiddos and each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen dining living room is roomy and conducive for for multiple activities. The patio is comfortable with its large table that accommodates the whole group to eat at the same time. The hot tub was a hot hit also. There are many nice bikes and a Burley cart so even the toddlers can go for a ride. We also appreciate the electric car charger.

Getaway Dream

Our family of 6 stayed here (children age range is 1-7 years old). The house can accommodate even larger groups, but we had plenty of room to spread out. The house is clean and the beds are so comfy. The location is ideal for biking into town and getting up north to hike in Bend. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there are plenty of supplies for cleaning. The bikes were great and there is a trailer for little ones! The house also has a perfectly clean hot tub, tons of board games, outdoor games in the garage. This was one of the best family vacations we have ever taken!

Girls Weekend 2023

This house never disappoints! Our group has stayed here twice and hope to stay again next year. If this is the size of house you need, by all means rent this home. Everything about it is top notch! Beds all comfy, each bedroom has an en-suite, wonderful roomy kitchen, great location, perfect layout…..I could go on and on! Most rentals do not have adequate space to store the dry food brought from home. This home’s pantry is the best! Look no further. Rent this home (just not the weekend we want it). :o)

50th anniversary family trip

Our extended family, 72 to 7 enjoyed the house for a week. Wish it was longer!. The kitchen was better equipped than mine, which was wonderful since we ate in multiple times. We did have pizza delivered also. The ping pong table, foosball, cornhole, hot tub, and bikes were all enjoyed. Deer came by each evening. The beds were very comfortable with a full bathroom for each bedroom. The laundry room had supplies. We did use the sharc passes and found pool not too crowded for 4th of July week. The only negative was the AC didn’t seem to go on upstairs but since it wasn’t hot at night it wasn’t an issue. and there were fans if needed. I would highly recommend this house with its great location and everything that you could need

Why they chose this property

This 2006 home was a builder's home and has many upgraded features. The home has hickory plank hardwood floors, slab granite countertops, 8-foot tall doorways on the main floor, slate tile in all bathrooms & mud/ski room, gourmet kitchen, patio with hot tub. Every bedroom has its own beautiful bathroom and one of the King suites is on the main floor.
